Khalil's group posted stuff like

Wyświetl załącznik 7080869

stating they were "fighting for the total eradication of Western civilization" and asking for help from violent extremists abroad to help them fight the U.S.: "we seek...instructions from militants in the Global South."

Wyświetl załącznik 7080882

Khalil's group says "the only way to respond to state repression" is to storm prisons & release prisoners and burn down prisons, government offices and state vehicles (like police cars). It describes itself as part of an insurgency in the U.S. "until the empire crumbles" and must learn from violent extremists in Bangladesh that overthrew the government.

Leftists decided to LARP as terrorists and got treated like terrorists. They're now upset that they were taken seriously.
Thank you for posting some meaningful information about this.

That might be why it was brought back, but I was more referring to why its still "good" to have. For non farmers (who as someone said dont care about your clocks anyway) you can get out of work, go to the park, do yard work, go for a walk etc and enjoy more of the longer spring and summer daylight hours. Its a forced luxury and everyone should come to love it.

And the people your talking about use inferior dark mode anyway and dont care when the sun comes up and down. But they should like it too, cus it keeps the sun from coming up at 445am in the heart of summer.
That's why it was brought back, as an energy saver. But now, the Chamber of Commerce, the hospitality lobby, small business lobbies, and similar lobbies will fight to keep DST going because of the additional revenue they make by shifting the longer days to the end of them.

The United States literally produces nothing we have zero manufacturing. Two thirds of our economy is selling Metadata to advertisers and marketing debt to consumers.

That fact that we have a stock market in the red at all is nothing short of a miracle.
My last three jobs were in manufacturing, are you retarded?

Massie is now coping that Trump's agenda is not Trump's agenda

Again, what Massie is saying is what Trump is going to do with the reconciliation bill. This CR is a temporary stop gap to give Trump the room to complete the reconciliation bill so they can take their time with it to work out the kinks before final approval. Trump also wants this CR because it will keep his tax cuts in place. Massie had no problem bending over for Biden to raise the debt ceiling because their were cuts that were fairy dust that only happened if certain parameters were met, which most of them weren't and the cuts did not occur. In this CR there are cuts, but we need this CR to be able to get to the DOGE stuff.

Blocked by a federal judge rightfully calling the ICE gestapo out for violating citizen's rights. Khalil is a green card holder (read: permanent resident) and the fact they can openly just bust down dorm doors and swipe anyone for disagreeing with Israel truly shows where this shithole is headed
On that note

Too much winning, am I rite?

greencard =/= citizenship
The thing that a lot of people don't understand (including green card holders) is that the green card is provisional, and can be revoked at any time due to bad behavior. A simple DUI is grounds enough to yeet a green card holder right back over the border.

It's just another one of our little laws that hasn't been enforced in years, but now it will be, in order to MAGA. This dude is going back to whatever shithole he originally came from, it's only a matter of time.

"I'm sure Trump has done bad stuff as well"

Bad stuff none of his enemies have been able to find, if he is evil he's a genius at hiding his corruption. Even the New York mob couldn't buy him off or intimidate him.

If he's generally referring to his time as president it's not too strange, Secret Service ain't letting him drive. If someone decides to get froggy you need to be ready to make snap decisions to get the president to safety and to get back up on the scene.

Trump not driving himself also allows them to hide him among fake convoys as they did for his recent address to Congress, it's an added layer of safety. Antifa tried to intercept him but they only stopped a fake team.

As for "US accredited degrees", most of them are worth less than the toilet paper you wipe your ass with nowadays. Plenty of professors who stop giving a shit, don't want to deal with jeets, and are just there to collect a paycheck, pass students through with nonsense grades. H1-Bs in the tech sector have "US accredited" Masters' degrees, from Masters' programs that deliberately make it as difficult as possible for native students to join because they can't charge them overinflated tuition. So when a HR retard sees a H1-B with a Masters' on the resume and some white kid with a Bachelor's, who do you think they'll pass through if they're basing their decisions on "US accredited degrees"?

The game hasn't been "make up some random college in the third world and sell a degree from there" for a while. It's been "get into some low tier state school and cheat through to a masters' degree" that pushes them up the hiring list because HR and hiring managers are apparently using degrees to determine competency. That's not going to change until universities are bent over backwards for their bullshit, no matter how many background checks are instituted to validate employee history and how smart HR thinks they are.
I'm not disputing that an Associates/Bachelors is not always a sign of quality, and there is a reason why once colleges went to shit after Clinton opened the Pell Grant the hard-and-fast of a higher degree had been heavily eroded.
That doesn't change that HR departments, given the flood of resumes recently, and various management tiers wanting to ensure no poors get in, have brought back the higher degree as a hard filter in a big way.
You can always try to wait out the market, its already improving, but it might be another year or more. It took nearly two decades and a labor shortage to get it walked back to the level it was before.

I have been told by hiring managers and HR cat ladies "we put the filter back on because there were too many garbage submissions". One Hiring manager, who had plenty of Indians working for him, that after 2023 they stopped hiring any Jeets unless (essentially) a non-Jeet vouched for them because of the number of H1Bs doing and saying anything to not get sent back to the Designated Shitting Country made them untrustworthy. They had one guy show up who was very clearly not the dude who did the Zoom screen.

I have encountered very very few H1Bs with masters degrees. Plenty with the Hyperbad Polytechnic School Of People Taking Your Tests For You. If they were smart/rich/connected enough to get into a US accredited Masters, they are usually smart enough to get some other sort of Visa.

As much as I want every terror supporting commie shitstain and foreign agitator on a visitors slip tossed into shark infested waters with concrete anklets, I still take a lot of issue with it being so blatant that this is for Israel. Time and time again these little shitbags have called for and enacted harm to America and nothing happens but this dude "protests" Our Strongest Ally too much and gets the book thrown at him, the chaser makes it hard to enjoy the shot.

That book was deeply disturbing. I also was forced to read it in high school and Wiesel even came to my school to deliver a lecture.

I will never forget the section where he describes babies being seized from their families and thrown into the air to be used as clay pigeons for Nazi soldiers to shoot. It sticks with me to this day, decades after reading it, as one of the worst things I have ever read. I’m a fairly maternal woman and that one detail has been in my nightmares my whole life since I first read it. I believed it to be true at the time. I hope it’s not true now.

I seem to vaguely remember there being something in the news about Wiesel being discredited, although I can’t find it now.

Here’s the thing. Some incidents like finding human leather (this is one of my school ones) are more verifiable via a ton of soldiers going into and running out of a building in a camp, vomiting all the while. Also, this is a thing that the human experiments committed can have as a result. Nazis did some fucked up shit. The problem is that because it was so extreme, the lies can fit in.

What does Trudeau suspending the parliament actually entice? What changes in terms of governance?
Think of it like a school term where at the end of the term, you go on "summer vacation". Trudeau sent everyone home for vacation and they don't officially start the "new term" until March 24th so they can't do any legislative duties until then. That includes dealing with Trump tariffs at the federal level. Some have thought the prorogue was done to give Trudeau's party more time to figure out who will replace him.
