God fucking damn it Donald, I DO NOT WANT THE FUCKING LEAFS AS CITIZENS. I DON'T WANT ANOTHER NEW YORK/CALIFORNIA, STOP PUSHING THIS SHIT.
The US needs to annex Canada. I do not want them to be US citizens. More of a territory. I want the US to take control of their immigration, and install a deportation Czar that reports to Homan. I want the US to take their "free healthcare". I want the US to take all of their "gibs", and put the people back to work, or let them freeze and starve. I want to hand over all maple syrup production to a US global strategic reserve.

We have the same amount of daylight regardless of what the clocks say. The societal lunacy of changing the clock around because retards somehow think we have more sunlight is the same as circumcising new born males so we can make face creme for wrinkled women.
The timing of DST coincides with naturally longer days, but its importance in modern times is in maximizing those longer hours of sunlight for the workers. By shifting the time ahead you leave more usable daylight for people who work. This makes the summer more fun and America more great. Get home from work on a Tuesday, mow your lawn, have a beer and watch the sunset before bed.

Most anyone who "hates" DST are shit bug eating city apartment dwellers.

About what? you couldn't give us the rest of the sentence? Youtube is trash and works 30% of the time for anyone using the farms. Always asking to sign in, not letting the robots watch clips. Its just rude!

We don't have zero manufacturing, in fact when it comes to the very high end think weapons systems and cars and the very low end think a tortilla factory or slaughterhouse plant.
What we don't have is the entire middle market of manufacturing think chairs, toys, or laptops, cell phones (were on the way to it), and PCs.
This is well stated, and I think highlights exactly why people THINK there "isnt shit made in the USA anymore". They have very little interaction with something that is manufactured here. No one thinks of "hey where was this tortilla factory" (many are local, so are the bakeries etc), and other things they just dont have exposure to.

LOL really, has Trump really ever driven himself any? For a long time?
Get in..

Also, heres him driving Baron back before he was 7 foot tall. I assume based on the display on the dash.

But he's said before he misses driving since his first election.

Farmers are probably the largest block of people who hate DST beyond just an inconvenience. It actively interferes with their business. They have to ignore it, because their schedule aligns with the sun, not a clock.

Ironically it was the bughive city dwellers who implemented DST in the first place.

I can’t find it right now, but there was a study done in an American prison where dosing the prisoners with vitamin D supplements reduced inmate violence and suicide attempts/completed suicides.

Shit is important.
People underestimate how important sunlight is. The left tries to mock RFK for saying that we should take the clinically depressed and go put them to work in the fields for 3 or 4 days but it would do them good. It was also part of the conspiracy surrounding covid that part of the forced lockdowns was to keep people devoid of sunlight and vitamin D, which can help fight covid and stop people from getting depressed for being locked down.

I know I've written here before about being a squirrel rehabber. Sunlight is absolutely essential for a squirrel's well being. They can't metabolize a lot of the vitamins they need from their diet unless they get vitamin D via sunlight. When I rescue babies, they get plenty of time to bask in front of a bay window, which they love to do. Again, it's not just because it's good for them but it's absolutely essential and they can get very sick without direct exposure to sunlight.

Definitely think vitamin D and sunlight is something that should be pushed a lot harder. I take about 7000 iu a day myself in addition to getting sunlight and other vitamins.

What do the hospitals in the states look like? Like my partner vomited blood this yesterday morning and the clinic he went to directed him to urgent care, but he had to wait 14 hours in the waiting room and would've had to wait at least three more hours on top of that to be seen. How long would he have to wait at an American hospital, and how much would it cost with the average insurance provider?
I'm speaking from a NYC perspective but if you go to a public hospital, like Jamaica hospital, it can be a nightmare and there are actual documented stories of people who have actually died in the waiting room at Jamaica because the triage nurses can be cunts. You can be bleeding out and they're like, "Go sit until we call". One was a guy who came in with stab wounds and told to sit until called and bled to death. Another was a guy who came in with gunshot wounds and also collapsed after being made to wait. A third was a guy who came in with chest pains and was told to sit and collapsed. But again, Jamaica is a public hospital and no one with two nickels to rub together goes there. It's known as a butcher shop and is mostly welfare and illegals.

If you go to a private hospital, there's barely any wait. I go to LIJ (Long Island Jewish) and have brought my mother there as well for emergencies and it's almost instantaneous getting admitted. You walk in, the triage nurse checks you out and then generally you're on your way to a room. It might be an hour or two before a doctor is free to check you out but even though you're already admitted and usually a bunch of nurses are doing a battery of tests on you in preparation. Taking blood, taking vitals. Doing a standard chest x ray, etc. So you're not alone and you're already being monitored.

Back in 2021 I collapsed with severe pain in my stomach because my gallbladder went bad. It was 3 in the morning. By the time I got my mother to drive me because I was doubled over and got to the hospital, it was 3:30 am. By 5am I was getting ultrasounds and being checked by a doctor. By 10am I was wheeled into surgery. By 1pm I was awake from the anesthesia. By 2:30pm I was cleared and released, and by 3pm I was on my couch watching TV. Less than 12 hours between being admitted, getting operated on, and back home.

ngl I'm more shocked at the idea there was Full Service gas still in West Palm in 1995

also about DST, my 2 cents is that I don't care which they pick but pick one and stop flipping back and forth
I hate flipping back and forth infinitely more than I will ever care which one it is

The point is that they hate the order that they've been 'brought' into, and see it as a blight upon their very existence. Whatever it takes to remove it, they'll do it.
Just a friendly reminder that the last time leftists managed to remove order from society, their security forces shot two Black kids out for a joy ride and murdered one.

Leftists practically turn into us on this section of the Farms to justify the attack but interestingly those accountable for what they categorize as defense never stood trial.

So much for accountability.

If you fake your resume you can be immediately terminated for cause for deception. But there is more checks going on to confirm this; most places also make you take a background check now. It used to be a perfunctory "is this person a criminal they didn't tell us about in a manner that we care?" and now they are having the background investigators validate employment and educational history.
I knew a couple people who back in the day either lied, said they graduated a school they only attended, or put some Carrribean "Mail us $50 we'll give you whatever degree you want" diploma print shop on their resumes with no issues. But from people I talk to about job market, which includes HR folks and hiring managers, letting that stuff slide is over.

Competency or not doesn't matter, not having a US accredited degree immediately screens out all the H1Bs trying to not get sent back to the designated shitting country.
Late and gay

This is all well and good until you realize that companies nowadays don't want to spend time and money going through recruiting and hiring and will just offload that to a staffing company. These staffing companies have an incentive to not give a shit (or just straight up lie) about background checks or paperwork because the sooner they can get a warm body in the seat, the sooner they can start collecting money. It is also easier accounting for a company to just pay operational costs to some staffing company for workers than having to deal with social security/healthcare/taxes for employees.

As for "US accredited degrees", most of them are worth less than the toilet paper you wipe your ass with nowadays. Plenty of professors who stop giving a shit, don't want to deal with jeets, and are just there to collect a paycheck, pass students through with nonsense grades. H1-Bs in the tech sector have "US accredited" Masters' degrees, from Masters' programs that deliberately make it as difficult as possible for native students to join because they can't charge them overinflated tuition. So when a HR retard sees a H1-B with a Masters' on the resume and some white kid with a Bachelor's, who do you think they'll pass through if they're basing their decisions on "US accredited degrees"?

The game hasn't been "make up some random college in the third world and sell a degree from there" for a while. It's been "get into some low tier state school and cheat through to a masters' degree" that pushes them up the hiring list because HR and hiring managers are apparently using degrees to determine competency. That's not going to change until universities are bent over backwards for their bullshit, no matter how many background checks are instituted to validate employee history and how smart HR thinks they are.

I thought DST was brought back in the energy crisis on the 70s, where they thought people using natural light instead of electric light during the evening would reduce energy use.

If that was ever true, it isn't anymore, people use bright TVs and high wattage gaming systems constantly now.

That might be why it was brought back, but I was more referring to why its still "good" to have. For non farmers (who as someone said dont care about your clocks anyway) you can get out of work, go to the park, do yard work, go for a walk etc and enjoy more of the longer spring and summer daylight hours. Its a forced luxury and everyone should come to love it.

And the people your talking about use inferior dark mode anyway and dont care when the sun comes up and down. But they should like it too, cus it keeps the sun from coming up at 445am in the heart of summer.

So what's his first answer when challenged Canada is challenged by America? HE FUCKING RESIGNED. He wasn't lying. He resigned literally the day after!!!! He tried to fucking run away! He burned Canada to the ground and now he's trying to run away. Everything Canada has done since then points to the fact that Canada is in no better shape than any African shitstain 3rd world nation. Canada has nothing on the US. Their economy and country are teetering by a thread. That's why you see Canada going gung-ho with #leresistTrump. It's not because they want to, it's because they have to. These niggers suspended their elections over this. They went full dictatorship over this. They replaced Trudeau to save face. Canada is done. Absolutely DONE as a nation. It's gone. It's completely fallen.
What does Trudeau suspending the parliament actually entice? What changes in terms of governance?

Leader of the Palestine protests at Columbia University has been arrested by ICE. State Department has revoked both his Green Card and Student Visa.

Blocked by a federal judge rightfully calling the ICE gestapo out for violating citizen's rights. Khalil is a green card holder (read: permanent resident) and the fact they can openly just bust down dorm doors and swipe anyone for disagreeing with Israel truly shows where this shithole is headed
On that note

Public inner city hospitals have long waits in the ER because illegals treat them like a normal doctor. But if you show up with something urgent you will get seen. If you show up with that can wait then your going to wait.

I work and have private insurance. My ER co-pay is $200. My yearly deductible is $5000. So the biggest "unexpected" hospital cost I could be looking at is 5k. Normal stuff like check ups and wellness programs are covered fully.
