No it's a reasonable question, it's Russ who is dumb. Lets not forget girls work at FedEx. The next love of his life might start working there by the time he goes again. And he can try to tell staff how important his case is. I used to work in printing, you soon lose all interest in the documents you process, you just concentrate on doing the job quick, and well.
Good point, a printer fax combo machine isn't exactly easy to rizz up.
Fax works for a lot of things but legal filings probably not. The idiot won’t buy a printer so I doubt he can figure out a fax machine.
Really? It's a direct transmission of a document. I would think it's authenticity would be easy to surmise. As for him knowing how to use one... yeah.

If there are numerous filings in a day, it could be pretty crazy active. Lots of paper, easy for one filing to bleed into the next, subject to failure and outside abuse... I could see some good reasons.

This nigger is scared of people finding his address because they’d mail him naked pictures of hitler.

He’d be triply afraid of a fax machine because his number would get out.

Now I’m imagining the old roll-fed thermal fax; and it’s just a ten thousand foot long nigger dick fax in a single spool.

I mean... just his landline. Just turn the volume off and tell no one else the number, use it just to fax stuff. Like 50 foot penises.

It's almost a given they're not using a "fax machine" at the courthouse, but it just drops it into a folder on the clerk's computer one file per fax. They do list a fax number for the court. It's unclear to me if documents can be filed that way.

It appears for the Middle District of Florida that fax is not permitted, so Northern District may be similar.

Shit-Lips swings both ways, so he'd probably love to get p0rn pics of a stud like Adolf Hitler.

He'd still have to serve it on the defendant(s), who presumably would not accept service via fax.

You don't even have to buy a fax machine anymore the modern ones have email integration you just buy a scanner/printer combo and the rest is either built in software already or an extra software package you can install on your computer. It's piss easy to do for all but the most retarded drooling idiots or boomers.

What you're saying is that it's totally out of reach of Russ.

Many courts accept filing by fax. The Northern District of Florida does not appear to be one of them.

Also, you don't need a fax machine to send a fax. You can use a modem, or one of the many online fax sending services.

NOW COMES the plaintiff pro se
Seeking a website, so prey
There’s one thing all courts fear
A rap song … featuring Greer!

I’m out here dripping tracks ex lax
I’d file these plight facts, by fax
If the court would let me, let be
How come defendants gotta always front me

Oh shit - trauma - lumps - as my face gets taunt
Why won’t they just give me what I want!

You can't fax with an I-Phone, so it therefore is only able to be comprehended by tech geniuses.

Maybe it's a dumb question: why doesn't Russ buy a fax machine, specifically a printer with fax? Yes it's old shit but so are the courts. It would be suprising if they didn't accept it. It's antiquated but not dead yet. He wouldn't have to go to fed ex.
You're suggesting he spend money on something other than hookers? The man's got enough plights already! Like eating himself into obesity! And filing frivolous lawsuits against a funny fruit forum!

Now I’m imagining the old roll-fed thermal fax; and it’s just a ten thousand foot long nigger dick fax in a single spool.
You wouldn't even need to sent that. Remember those really long images people put in their forum signatures?

Damn I had forgotten those were a thing. The old Xenforo forums where a thread was 63 pages long. 50% of it was because of a guy having as many images as he could fit, the other half was other forum members yelling at him to re-size his sig pics.

Thread tax: Russ can't even be bothered to file an electronic response on time, does anyone really believe he has the capability to connect a modern printer to his wifi? The only part of his responses I actually believe is when he stated he was doing the BEST he can. There's not a shadow of a doubt that he's too lazy/retarded to figure out anything more than "FedEx will handle it all for me."
