Unfortunately, real consequences imposed by a court for his shenanigans will take about 20 more years of adding to that record at this rate. He's been breaking the law for years, escalating the whole time, and only now will he finally have a record. Judging by how he's gotten away with it all so far, that record will only lengthen in fits and starts despite the inevitability of future criminal acts.
The assaulting old people and pulling fire alarms in his Mom’s Strata that resulted in injury might actually get him some actual jail time, even in Canada. These were innocent elderly in their own residence building, not involved in any of the cultural shenanigans. Even Canukistan will view that as serious. This other shit is simply building a record leading up to that.
Haven't heard of this guy but a troon making a fool of themselves himself is a delightful treat.
Oh you are missing out on one of the Alpha Tier Cows. Jonny is the infamous “Wax My Balls” scam artist. Who has been on a years long spiral of ever more absurd behavior. He truly is the gift that keeps on giving. Especially the part where his “clitorus“ fell off and went missing.

No one in Canada, tranny or not, will get a jail sentence for uttering threats. If this was a one charge of many, it may contribute to some additional jail time if he was already heading to jail. The court will cite him being a tranny as a mitigating factor, but every sentencing hearing has a handful of those, no matter the offender. If he was a True and Honest woman, that would be a mitigating factor in itself. Drug use, childhood abuse, even your parents getting divorced are all used to consider the factors that contribute to crime and adjust the sentence accordingly.

This is great though, because he will definitely have restrictions imposed on him. An official criminal record makes the next sentence (because we know there will be one lol) more likely to be more severe.

Tldr: uttering threats as a single solitary charge will always be a slap on the wrist. Let's celebrate the W of this menace getting another charge under his gunt.

Look at that, the victim is being so polite as to use 'Jessica's' preferred pronouns. I wouldn't be surprised if he fears getting into trouble himself for misgendering if he said 'he' or God forbid, used the deadname Johnathan.

Canada tends to follow suit behind the UK with its domestic policy, and the UK has been pretty militant about this.

Playing right into yaniv's hands if he had.

That tweet implies Yaniv doesn't have a criminal record. Didn't they get a weapons charge for the taser? I don't think I understand how criminal records work
Yes he pled guilty to the weapons charge and already has a criminal record. I think not everyone knows that though, especially since the sentence was basically nothing.

While he might not get anything bad now, a criminal record will make any future criminal action have to be taken far more seriously. And we all know Yaniv can't keep his fucking mouth shut to save his life.

When I was in high school, I remember how 5 guys went to a party and assaulted a bunch of people and even beat a guy to death. After 3 years of court bullshit, they basically got a slap on the wrist. Only 1 was under 18. I can only assume that a degenerate tranny will get even less than a slap on the wrist. Yay, johnny boy admitted to a crime, boo it was in canada.

Is uttering threats considered better or worse than loudly screaming threats? What about writing threats on a white board and pointing to them and raising an eyebrow? What about emailing threats and then saying "oh no I got hacked what did the hacker say to you????"

Knowing Canada, his sentence will probably be a $100k check (CAD, equivalent to $8 USD), a two-week hotel stay with a 12-year-old girl, and a free revision surgery for his festering axe wound. Nigger canuckistanis.

I'm actually very familiar with Canadian law surrounding this type of conviction.

There will be no community service and no jail time and no fines. Whoever is thinking that is delusional.

He will either get a suspended sentence for a year or two again at best or what's most likely is he will get 1-2 years of probation if history is a pointer. His probation conditions will be to 'keep the peace,' to not possess any weapons, a strict no contact order with Chris, and to remain living at his strata and notify and get court approval if he wants to move. That's it, that's all.

Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned probation conditions will trigger an instant warrant and/or immediate incarceration with basically no chance of bail for breech of probation. That breech would then cost him a couple months in jail. A breech in this case could be as simple as just tagging Chris in a tweet or having any more interactions with police.

If he manages to keep away from trouble he'll be fine but he's gonna be on a really short leash and when you're on probation it becomes especially true that "everything you say can and will be used against you" which doesn't bode well for a serial litigant like himself.

Will it make any difference that he’s currently awaiting other criminal charges? Or that he is still on probation for possession of a prohibited weapon (I’ve lost track of whether his taser probation has expired yet)?

As much as I would love to see this thing end up in a cell. Uttering threats is like many have said, a slap on the wrist, but with probation or a suspended sentence it places a leash on him. Basically he's been given enough rope to hang himself. So, we'll see what happens next.

Don't get too optimistic and jinx this. Yaniv is, with only a couple of exceptions, one of the cows I've most wanted to see finally get their bacon fried.
He's the perfect storm of being so awful that it's impossible to not want him to go down hard and such a perpetual content drought that him frying might be the only way we get another drop milk out of him.

I don't think it ends here though, I see him getting probation out of this one and jailtime being a factor when he goes up for the drama he caused at the strata with this on his record being used against him.
