I've seen it happen for way less in this sort of situation. They'll just throw cuffs on him without any more explanation other than "you breeched." Straight to jail and no bail because he's shown he can't follow conditions and he will have to fight it while in custody which really fucking sucks trust me. I don't want to powerlevel but I've 'seen a person' go to jail for breeching a no contact order for much less than what Jon's already doing. It doesn't even have to be Chris that reports it. If anyone anywhere contacts the police with the info he's done.

And this guy wants to be a lawyer. Can't even follow the most basic of conditions, like Jesus...

I'd love to see Jonathan trying to fight his court shit from within jail and see him wake up at 5am to get hustled in a chain gang to the paddy wagon every court day to sit in the plexiglass booth in cuffs trying to get whatever new lawyer to defend him.

Any idea what the time frame will be? I'm sure both the RCMP & the PO have already been made aware of the breech.

In my experience it would be in the morning at like 5:30am with no warning just police knocking on the door. It depends on the backlog and immediate threat. But surely its breech and if Chris is reporting it with evidence himself theres no way he wont be taken in at any time now.

To think of it from Jonny's point of view; these are the times you fear most cause you're just waiting for that knock. You know its coming, but when... Been there. Still gives me nightmares 16 years later. Cheers!

Indeed, one does not report a probation violation to the PO, but rather the police. A breach is a criminal act in and of itself. Best would be to report this breach to the Langley RCMP as they are obviously not fans of the fat cunt, and are probably motivated to follow up on the breach swiftly and firmly. Pretty sure that fatty would be held until a judge reviews the violation and decides if the probation gets to continue or if fatty gets a holiday

I'd love to see a long-term Jail Saga for Yaniv, if only because he would become one of those hilarious pro se jailhouse litigants who sue anyone and everyone because they have nothing else to do with their time.
