Under the 13th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, all men are free unless deprived of freedom by due process. This means slavery is still legal in the United States for convicts. Enter Angola: the largest prison in the country with the largest prison population per capita, where the convicts of Louisiana still literally pick cotton.
Convicts in Angola are eligible for Parole. It is important to understand what Parole is and what it is not. Almost no states in the US have Parole anymore. Previously, a Parole board (by their own discretion) could release early any person convicted of any crime for any reason or no reason at all. This angered the public. People would let be let go very early for horrific crimes. People would be denied parole under favorable conditions, leading to accusations of racism and other discrimination.
When parole was abolished in most states in the 90s during a tough-on-crime wave across the US, it caused a serious problem for prisons: without any possibility for early release, there was no incentive to behave in the prison system. All time must be served, and so a terrible prisoner would serve their full sentence same as a model prisoner. Thus, probation was created. Probation is a mathematical calculation and impartial way of calculating early release based off of good time, where the Warden gains discretion to decide what time is good time, as he has both the means and incentive to keep prisoners behaving well.
Louisiana was unphased by these changes and stuck to the tried-and-true: Parole. Not to stay too old fashioned, Louisiana's Department of Corrections entered the 21st Century by creating a YouTube channel for their parole hearings.
This YouTube channel serves a public benefit by allowing members of the public to see in real time how the parole system works. It also allows victims, family members, and any concerned party to listen in.
Unattended consequences: 4chan's /pol/ and the Kiwi Farms BossmanJack livechat take bets on who's getting released in real time, grade the parole board members faces on a TND and fatigue scale, post gifs of Uncle Ruckus saying "hang that nigga now", and call every defense attorney a coalburning liberal harpy.
There are several kinds of hearings. There are hearings to evaluate requests for new parole, requests for modifying parole, hearings for parolees who have violated parole and may find themselves back in prison, and more. Men serve in Angola but female prisoners also appear before the board.

The ED Support Forum (formerly myproana) is a xenforo forum with the purpose of discussing Anorexia and other eating disorders. With this site being for the mentally ill, you can assume that every thread and post you read, as well as every user you see on the ED Support Forum will be absolutely fucking insane. Nicola from when she was 13-16 years old was a very active member of the forum, using it to help cope with her anorexia. Unfortunately only 390 of her 616 posts made on EDSF are available without an account.
In January of 2018 Nicola would make her ED account "Nickyisnotinteresting" (in 2020 it was changed to "Bun Bun ♡", it's now 901290 after she was banned and cleared) and started posting regularly, she would start off giving advice to others on how to fast and how to hide food from parents. (L) (L)
A lot of her posts are very worrying to say the least, she would post about how little food she would eat (~500 calories max a day) while consistently posting her age to the forum. (L) (L)
There's seriously nothing too TMI for these fucking forums, Nicola filled out an entire questionnaire.

One of the last posts she would make before she was banned by the admins was an "Anime Girl Diet" which she uploaded as a PDF (this will be attached at the end of the post.)

Some of Nicola's posts would be wiped and her account would be cleared after she argued with the admin of the site over him selling the forum to VerticalScope. All that's left from this is people replying to her messages, the original messages are now deleted.
Nicola's mention of being "brought to horrible places like 4chan" is one that shouldn't be overlooked, as although the shit she was getting up to on the ED Support forum is horrifying, it somehow only gets worse.
Kiki has a sordid history with the hacker known as 4chan. She has been accused of astroturfing herself on the site as far back as 2022, mostly on /r9k/ and /soc/.
As noted in the post above, one of these previous aliases was Bunke, which leads further down the rabbit hole:
This post alleges that she abused animals and was frequently drunk or on drugs. She's also accused of dating a Cyberlife mod called Viral, as well as getting some men jailed, including one called Gunjy.
Gunjy Many users of /r9k/ tend to express that they have difficulty forming friendships or relationships so, of course, with the advent of Discord, /r9k/ developed a subculture which involved the creation of servers for likeminded people and "egirls" to get together. As you can imagine, most of these people aren't mentally sound and many of the girls are underage so grooming isn't uncommon.
Further corroborating Kiki's involvement in these circles under the Bunke alias, here's a screenshot of a now DMCA claimed /r9k/ post from someone with the same interests and location as Kiki looking to make friends on Discord:

As for Gunjy, he was also an avid poster on /r9k/ and created a Discord server of his own, which led him to become a known figure within the aforementioned circles. It's rumored that Gunjy leveraged his server(s) as a means to chat with and eventually take advantage of minors. Furthermore, he's been directly accused by 4chan of raping Kiki:
At around the same time, he had just been released from a mental ward for stabbing his own mom and attempting suicide. Additionally, he had already been facing legal trouble and has, by his own admission, dealt meth for sex.

Rumors Due to the nature of how all of this shit went down with Nicola and Gunjy, there have been plenty of rumors with how things happened. Gunjy has his own Encyclopedia Dramatica page where it's claimed that Nicola asked Gunjy "stab her vagina with a sharp object", as well as Nicola's mother knowing about their "relationship." Nicola has been accused multiple times of using 4chan jannies to keep her image clean, the mod specifically was called out as Green.

For instance, with Old Glory Bank it looks like this. This varies by institution but this is a general process guide.
1. Add a payee. If it asks if this is a company or personal transfer, select company.
2. Enter your details carefully. Pay special attention to anything related to a "billpay id" or "account number". The terminology changes by vendor, but basically this is the identifier for the payee's system that identifies you.
3. Fill in mailing details. My system asks me for my name to put on the check. You may be able to replace this with an LLC or omit this entirely, depending on your bank's rules.

Yes. Amounts are applied pro rata, which is to say: You will get your money's worth, always.
The formula for calculating time goes as follows:
Take either the existing expiration time of your upgrade OR the current time at the point the payment is processed.
Add +n months, where n is the quotient of $AMOUNT divided by $20).
Add +x hours, where x is the remaining amount over $20, then multiplied by the total number of hours in the month. Specifically, the hours in the month arrived at after Step #2.
Example:
If you donate $31 and it is processed by me on January 1st, your upgrade will expire on February the 16th at 8pm (1 month + 55% of the amount of hours in February).
Q. How long does it take?
I estimate between 2 to 3 weeks after your institution cuts the check and sends it. For my breakdown, see here. I know, it sucks, I was hoping for closer to a week. In the future, we may have a way to improve the speed at which checks are deposited: our bank, Old Glory Bank, is interested in issuing a check deposit machine to us directly which will completely remove about 6-9 business days of processing time. The good news is that once you send your first check and it comes through you never have to think about it again.
Q. When is money withdrawn from my account?
This is an institution-specific question. Many banks withdraw and endorse the payments as soon as they are created. Some do not. If you do not see a withdrawal for the amount you send, you should ensure that your balance stays positive so that it will not bounce or overdraw.
Q. What Security Measures are in place?
The gist is: No one party ever holds both the check and the user account associated it. This is why you specify your bill pay id, not your account name.
Here is a rundown of the safety precautions being taken.
There are federal and state laws in regards to the handling of financial information.
The billpay id that is created for your account is known only to the Kiwi Farms, not the check deposit clerk.
Payment information is stored by the bank, not any online device, individual, or business location that I manage.
Payments are applied to user accounts by a receipt generated by the banking service.
No information about the depositor or the financial institution are stored on the server.
USPS money orders and bank checks are accepted for this.
In short, who is donating to which account will be unknown to every individual. The mail clerk, the teller at the bank, and myself will never see the depositor and the user account at the same time. The clerk receives the checks with numbers on it. The bank receives the same. I receive a receipt of which payees received what payments. The Kiwi Farms receives instructions to update those accounts. Even in the event of a total breach at any of those locations, cross-contamination is not possible.
Q. Can I send money as a donation or gift?

-When 10/10 got to PEI, most of Elora's possessions were still there, including most of her clothes.
-There were no pictures of Elora in the house. JF had a slideshow of pics he ran on the TV as a screensaver of sorts, but not one picture of Elora.
-When Elora left JF about a year before she disappeared she went to a woman's shelter in Montreal. Why Montreal? Probably because she has more support/friends/family there and wanted to get far from JF. While she was there a tranny came in the shelter. Elora was concerned that a man was allowed in and was kicked out because of it. She then had to come back to JF.
-JF told 10/10 that the reason why Elora disappeared is that "she was crazy and wanted to leave".

-JF wrote his new born son an unhinged breakup letter of sorts.
-10/10 is safe near family in a state with strong castle doctrine and she has guns.
-10/10 also said that she has a lot of receipts and videos that she hasn't shared with the housewives, including some videos JF is not aware of.
JF's attempt to enter the US.
-At some point, I can't remember exactly when, 10/10 had to go back to the US since she couldn't stay in Canada for more than 6 months.
-JF volunteered to drive her across the border.
-They were stopped at the border and JF was interrogated for 8 hours!!!
-While JF was getting interrogated, some agents came to talk to her and ask if she knew of JF's history and his record. She felt that they were doing a kind of intervention with her.
-Eventually she had to leave JF behind, but she came back in September 2024.
Misc details.
-10/10 says that JF is not a real conservative, that most of his views are actually pretty liberal.
-JF lives off welfare. He gets child welfare benefits. Which might explain why he doesn't want the house under his name.
-10/10 never saw JF being harassed by police.
-The "DNA test" that JF claims he forced her to take to prove she was white was just 10/10 doing a 23 and me test out of her own curiosity.
-In the PEI house, they slept in the small upstairs room on an air mattress with no sheets and exposed isolation. The exposed isolation caused her asthma to worse and she had many asthma attacks.
-10/10 is 5 foot 5 and says that JF is her height, making him also 5'5.
-JF had a nice set of knives in PEI with a couple of the big ones missing.
-JF had documents from his previous relationships that 10/10 saw. She confirmed the son he has with the North Carolina woman that he has no contact with, he also has a daughter with a girl from Quebec that he met online and hooked up with when he came back from the US. The Quebec mother would only allow him supervised visits, to which JF didn't agree with, so he has no contact with this daughter either.
That is a lot to take, and JF was watching the show, he already put in a looong response on twitter and has been sperging out on twitter ever since.

According to an affidavit, officers responded to a bomb threat on Sept. 20, at the building at 119 E. 10th St. that houses the Fox 7 Austin studios.
At around 1 p.m., 31-year-old Jahred Bruno walked into the building and said he had planted a bomb on the premises. Police later said they didn't find anything when they searched the scene.
After walking out of the building, Bruno left the scene in a vehicle. A police officer noticed the vehicle from the earlier complaint and tried to execute a traffic stop, but Bruno sped away, causing a pursuit.
Bruno's vehicle was ultimately stopped after a Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) trooper executed a PIT maneuver, disabling the vehicle. Bruno was then removed from the vehicle and arrested.
Bruno is facing charges of terroristic threat and evading arrest with a vehicle, both third-degree felonies.

What found here is this:
Around January 2024, someone called "eli" (realelija from sappho's thread?) catfished Leto into crossing state lines (Texas-Oklahoma, a "3 hour drive") to have sex knowing he's a minor.
This nearly got Leto arrested. He gave a fake address and the catfisher played dumb by pretending to have a maid. Long enough for someone to call the cops on him.
Hours later leto calls him on discord and the catfisher records it.
At the time I had stopped speaking to him because he had sent a video of some black guy ("femboy") and pretended it was him (though I doubt it, which seems to be a pattern).
