He's a hypocrite on every possible level.

>Claims to be a white nationalist "with optics". Is neither white or "optical".

The amount of damage he's done to far right causes by existing in the time and form he happened to. The campus stuff was active, newsworthy, and successfully punched well above it's weight; all right at the time when Charlottesville was finally starting to fade and people who were scared off by it were beginning to worm their way back out into the real world. A lot of people who would have been much better served and much more effective reforming groups in a similar vein as Identity Evropa or any of the other many young third position real world active organizations instead fell into Nick worship, retreating into twitter, and doing nothing but attending a 'conference' and supporting candidates in the same elections they believe where outright stolen.

All the things that make the people who push Q detestable apply to Nick, because he is basically Q for fringe Zoomers.

The spiral into incel shit also makes me MATI. Especially given the people who I imagine made up Nicks audience and obviously still do, they needed the exact opposite figure. He has actively tricked at least a couple hundred young men into believing things that will both make themselves very unhappy and simultaneously directly aids the end goals of people who would rather young White men NOT marry and procreate.

Been thinking on this and I've concluded that my answer is he's just so FAKE. Nick Fuentes is a shape shifter, a chameleon, he is whatever his momentary goal in a given situation demands of him. He has no loyalties, no values, no limits. He's said it himself before. I don't remember the exact quote and I can't be bothered to find it but it was something along the lines of, "people always say 'I want to get to know the real you,' but that person does not exist. There is no one behind what you see in front of you."

I think that's the most honest statement he's ever made. He calls himself a "real human being" but even he openly admits that isn't true.
 
There are a lot of things I can't stand about Nick: the damage he's done to the dissident right, the amount of gullible zoomers he has led off the cliff, his rampant hypocrisy, etc. At the core though, what I dislike the most is him as a person. His voice. His face. His gay mannerisms. His smugness. Far-right, far-left, non-political, it doesn't really matter. I'd want to smack him around regardless.
 
I never really had an intense level of hostility towards Nick back in the ibs days - I thought that he generally held is own well against people like Destiny and Hasan. I suppose the events that really lead me to dislike him were the company which he began to keep. I remember being floored when, after he had built a somewhat successful brand off the back of the TPUSA stuff, he decided to pull Baked Alaska out of well-deserved obsolescence. The guy is a completely off-putting moron, and I remember seeing him acting like an asshole in convenience stores for no reason and thinking 'this is optics?' Fuentes built his brand around plausible deniability and trying to appeal to normal conservatives and peel them away from establishment figures - Baked Alaska and his antics are just the opposite of that. He only appeals to brain-dead teenagers who think that acting like a retard in public is cool.

This is when I started to pay more attention because it started to look like an entertaining train wreck in the making. But I never in my wildest dreams saw the Ethan Ralph team-up on the horizon. Even back during GamerGate I found Ralph incredibly annoying - he was (and still is) a thin-skinned, emotionally incontinent, fat retard. He's since also added 'pedophile', 'adulterer', 'drug addict', and 'deadbeat dad' to that string of epithets. Anyone who'd willingly associate with him proves that they were never capable of leading any political movement - much less a 'Christian' one. What I think is sad is the amount of political energy which has been misdirected, and the amount of young men who have been led astray by this self-aborting personality cult.

Mostly his smug, arrogant attitude and his American Psycho/Joker persona. His hypocrisy is a good contender, however. I also despise how he claims to champion free speech and Right-wingers everywhere, yet he blindly follows Ralph with unquestionable loyalty, like a dog. It's pathetic. His whole "it's whamens fault" thing is less angering and more hilarious to me, but I can see how it would make others angry I guess. His ignorance is astonishing.

I could also go on and on about his acceptance of pedophilia and how much I despise that, but I don't want to write a novel here.

He should read Joseph Conrad's "Heart of Darkness" and see the fate of mad men who "go up the congo" and develop cults of personality in isolation from the rest of the world. It is a lesson he should probably learn plus it has enough shirtless African men in it to maintain his interest.
 
He's the embodiment of the crying wojack wearing a smug wojack face. On his Jaden cope stream the other day he legitimately sounded on the verge of tears. Sad!

Nick is larping to an extent but I think he is genuinely racialist/racist, even if he is hypocritical about it due to idolizing black rap culture. I think Nick genuinely sees himself as "Aryan". He says it himself that he has classical masculine White American facial features and intellect, and he goes on about his Aryan blue eyes. He says he's "Afro Latino" for the irony but deep down he views himself as a White Italian/Roman Castizo mix.
Because of my belief that Nick is a genuine racialist, I don't believe Nick is as simple of a character as many on this site believe. He isn't entirely disingenuous about his beliefs solely for a grift (I do think he is a fake Catholic though). He actually does autistically believe in racialism.
This is only going off of my following of Nick though and yeah I don't want to comb through thousands of hours of Nick clips just to prove this, so you can take my word for it, or not. I just want to throw this out there to have my perspective available.

Responding to you as if you had written the latter everywhere you put the former, I sincerely believe the majority of people nazi-posting on /pol/ were just being edgy and didn't sincerely believe it, and that's the cornerstone of my post. If you disagree, then I guess we're not going to be able to agree on anything beyond that.

I thought that a core tenant of what is called "far right" politics is ethnonationalism. I would consider myself "far right' as well (ie. I believe race is real and tangible and I believe in social conservatism) so this isn't coming from a "reddit" place of mind. I guess you could be a paleoconservative who isn't ethnonationalist, but I do often conflate far right with ethnonationalism. Is that wrong of me to do? I don't know, maybe. I'll try keep this in mind from now on.

He used to be a hardcore optics cuck. Used to, being the key word. I'm guessing getting persona non grata'd by every major platform kinda burned him on that. But, now he's all in on just looking like a colossal retard. It's pretty impressive. He used to sperg out about how Murdoch Murdoch was bad optics, but he associates with just the most disgusting people and continuously shoots himself in the foot. Either he's a fed or he's just that good at self-sabotage.
 
What offends me the most about Nick is despite the trad Larp there's nothing actually Catholic in AF besides Baked Alaska's Rosary and casual theists actually pretty good internet theologizing.

How about a Cozy Angelus ,Divine Office, Latin lessons or just anything useful. No we get Catboys and eDrama who need to be spayed and neutered.
 
He isn't funny. In fact he makes me feel waves of second hand embarrassment and I avoid watching him.
