I wonder if there will ever be a point where she seriously realizes how awful she looks. Hold the fuck on. Wasn't there a Facebook post of hers circulating a few days ago where she revealed her lymph nodes are still enlarged and that her insistence that her cancer was in remission was actually a big fat unsurprising fib?
I cannot comprehend, no matter how much I try, how the fuck you can be actively suffering from a cancer that was likely caused by the sheer amount of fat on your body and still think it's a good idea to order fatty, greasy Chinese food and fries and nuggets. It is totally beyond comprehension. Lying or pretending that your cancer is in remission does not make it magically go into remission.
She says Becky tried to stop her. What's the bet she completely omitted the fact that she screamed and caterwauled until she got what she wanted? She told it as if Becky had tried to gently persuade her to hold off on takeout. I think she sperged out on the butler who then backed down.

I think she's had swollen lymph nodes for a long time as a complication from morbid obesity. So it's unclear if them being swollen indicates anything about cancer. The fat cunt certainly wants her viewers to think so for attention and sympathy though.

It is always strange to me that she always states that she eats just a little bit on anything she orders. Why not just own it. She always has to state that she ate half and the rest was leftover. However, she does not like leftovers, we never see them in her refrigerator, and I cannot believe that she bins them. Obviously, she eats them, maybe not right away, but shortly after.
For example, in one of her videos, she went to Casa Grande and claimed that she ate only chips and salsa while everyone else had full meals. Yes, this is totally believable. In this video, she orders 2 large fries and 20 pieces of chicken. Why not just order a 6 piece of McNuggets and a small fries? Of course, she ate the whole thing.

So, basically, she planned the 7-day Jenny Craig diet before the trip to Tennessee. This trip, with a few family members, had to be scheduled for a few weeks, thus, she had to make sure that she would not be on a diet while away. I am not sure if she knows that dieting does not work that way.
