They’re not bad and they’re not good imo, just really generic. I think it’s neat when people have stories about how they came about the little knick knacks n goofy shit in their house, but “it looked cute and everyone else has one” isn’t necessarily a bad story either.

Red flag though?? If a woman owning a trendy cute thing is a red flag, dude’s probably gay. Unless that trendy thing is a mass collection of Among Us-shaped fidget toys—then it’s a red flag.

The only one I own is a reversible one and it sort of looks like the fox has a prolapsed anus. I bought it off the discount bin because I thought it would be a funny addition to the bachelorette pad, but it absolutely makes me look like a furry.

10\10 strategically placed hole, can wear as a hat

I don’t really have an opinion on adults with squishmallows but I think it’s a pretty annoying trend for the kids because they’re so expensive and take up so much room. With adults it’s one thing bc most grown people can keep a collection pretty reasonable but when kids collect a thing the only goal is to have as many as possible and a lot of kids want to sleep with all of their stuffies at once so it gets pretty chaotic when a child gets the squishmallow craze.

I got one for valentine's, and holy shit that thing is soft. How the fuck did they do that. It's great!
They are super soft! I think that's why they are so popular. I don't know of any other stuffed thing that's that soft and smooshy. It's like getting a hug when you hug them. Very cozy and soothing, and I'm a grown woman in my 40s! Children probably have a bigger emotional response to them.

In addition to the two I already posted, guess the fuck what I've since gotten wo more & I remain neither ashamed nor sorry. I needed a little alien dude with fangs & my new kitten needed a winking owl. I'll post pics later.

@Mariposa2.0 LTE nope you're finally wrong about something, either fite me IRL or come to the darkside & I'll accept your apology later. We have punch & pie & pillows....

I would never buy one personally, and I wouldn't keep one in my room if given to me as a gift since they take up too much space and clash with my room ~*aesthetic*~.

However, I will admit they're nice to hold or lounge with while watching TV. My cousin has a million of these things around her house and I always grab one to hold or lay my head on.

They make good presents for kids in the family. I don't understand why adults without kids would own them though.

I really want a new Squishmallow called 'Rusty the Rat' because rat. However, it's a limited run exclusive in America, and it'd cost me $150 to import a minimally tailored cloth bag of polyester filling. fff

I saw this when shopping at my local Barnes and Noble. I couldn’t help myself.
