400-600mg of ibuprofen as soon as even the most minor PMS symptoms start. I find eating clean and staying well-hydrated also really help.

I wanted an IUD on the off chance that this would happen to, then a friend of mine got one and her cycle shortened.

I decided the coin flip wasn't worth it for me. I'm incredibly jealous of you.

I like to lay in bed and pretend that I'm dying so my cat feels sorry for me and comes and curls up against me and purrs to make me feel better.
