Someone could have just taken their unused account and changed the name recently. McDonalds MA probably happened to be available since McDonald's doesn't have an account set up for each individual state or at least for Massachusetts. The official accounts that cover Massachusetts are @McD_CTWMA and @McDEasternNE.
