I'm confused. Wearing two and a half bars on his collar? Does he believe himself to be a Commissioned Officer now? What rank is he referring two that has two and a half bars? 1st and 2nd LT have one bar and a Capt has two. After that there's no more bars, it's Oak Leaf clusters. Why would he be working at Walter Reed? Does he really believe a military hospital is some sort of secret squirrel location where nobody wears nametapes? Lol.

43 minute long livestream he just put out on Facebook. Figured since he's been off his rocker I'd grab it. Haven't watched it yet but there is a part 23:45 minutes in where he discusses the lost hobo art of drinking opened beverages found outside. 30 minutes in, he talks about making his betta fish fight for his entertainment, and shortly after reveals that all of his cichlid's have died. RIP fish. You didn't deserve it.

Tom's got a rat problem, talks about him and his dad beating a rat to death with golf clubs. He feeds his surviving bettas. "Pete" looks like he's losing his coloration, they're most likely dying as well.
