The better question indeed is if they can even be considered together in the first place, if all it takes is the mere speculation from nobodies to inspire such a pants-shitted response.

Update/Conclusion:
A few days ago, Monica included this photo in a TikTok video. It depicts the delivery of a sound isolation booth for voice actors. On the left is Ron Toye, and the background is a match for the residence listed in the public documents for the $356,250 loan for which he alone is responsible for. While the reason for their (legal) separation remains a mystery, I believe it is fair to say that they are still together.
Still weird that they sold their 50/50 home for $400,000, rented a $5,000 a month duplex for a little over half a year, then moved right back to their old neighborhood in a similarly-priced home that Ron is 100% the owner of.

Not a bad idea, soundproofing a room for professional recordings can be a pain, and this little cuckshed is mobile, you can move it between rooms or take it with you when you move.
Sadly, the breakup theory is completely deboonked now.
Still not married though.
