Having a nurse or home aide wipe her humongous buttocks is essentially admitting that she's grown so big that it has begun to truly incapacitate her. Al's big thing is that she won't allow anything to puncture that giant ego of hers, so with girlfriends acting as home care aides she can still bullshit herself into thinking it really isn't that bad, when in fact, it really is that bad.

So, what kind of carer, or more commonly referred to as "girlfriend" does Amber wants, if Becky ends up leaving that is.

Since one of the criteria is that person must sleep with Amber as she does not like to sleep alone. This would strike out most men. This would also cross out many women that would be willing to care for Amber as a job but do not care to sleep with her.

Another criterion is that she does not want to, or really cannot physically, go out of the flat and will restrict her girlfriend to do so. So, if anyone wanting to not living a cloistered life need not apply.

Would she be better off in an assisted living accommodation? Probably, albeit the sleeping situation.

If she's smart, she'll instantly cut all contact. The only reason Big Al's keeping her around right now is to carry the lives (because she sure as hell can't) so she can shit all over her, take care of the animals - someone asked (and Big Al did not answer) when was the last time she walked Twinkie, for real - and still perform food runs and other chores.

I wholeheartedly believe that Becky will do the same thing Destiny did after her respective breakup with Hambeast. Amberlynn probably won't spoil the Thumb as much as she does with Dusty, but I can see Becky doing that. She's already tried to propose to Amberlynn before (with ambiguous results), and not to mention her hat and geeky T-shirt collection that seems to have grown over the years. Necky will try to mooch off the land whale of an ex-girlfriend, but I can't see Amberlynn complying with this. She has her favorites when it comes to exes.
