I think it goes a bit deeper than that. They genuinely believe that women who aren't whores (wives, girlfriends) have it worse because they are really whoring themselves to just one man while having to do all the house work, have their day jobs where they don't get paid nearly as much as sugar babies do (which these girls almost certainly believe it's due to sexism and pay-gap), and they have to go home and deal with cold husbands who only want them for sex and are probably cheating and probably beat them. Which probably makes sense for SBs if you consider their backgrounds (poor from dysfunctional homes or rich daddy's girl whose mother is one of those sexually repressed wifeys).
So in short, they believe they have it much better than all other women because they believe all other women are in this predicament. If they got therapy they could work through these biases and get a healthier life but their creepy groomer daddies and often their pimp bfs wouldn't find that too hot, and considering so many of these are either uneducated and unskilled or even if they are not they still carry the shame of having been a prostitute, it would be a difficult path to go through.

From my experience, some people simply approach sex in different ways. I've met people that thought of sex as nothing more emotionally impactful as a ride on a swing. While other times I've known people who simply wouldn't have sex unless there was an emotional connection after several weeks. I think theres more nuance here. The problem is, that transactional sex is being pushed so hard so much on social media. On people who might not be even inclined that way. And then you start to see the horror stories. Because they simply aren't the same as the other people who tell them it's easy money.

Then other times you see other porn stars break down. Because they simply aren't wired the same way. I think theres more to it than a simple moral question. I think some people just aren't equipped to deal with that sort of industry, and they get pulled in by the propaganda.

I'll start off by saying it's a massive white pill to see so many women decrying this in this thread. Y'all are some real ones. With that out of the way:
The IRS may pay informants/whistleblowers for actionable and fruitful tips, heavy emphasis on the italics. If it is a theory or something an algorithm would catch when nobody pays out taxes on the 1099 the issuing company claims, they will tell you to fuck off and quit wasting their time. If you were to collect clips of someone admitting to tax fraud, proof of something like patreon/OF subscribers, and it was somehow somebody the IRS has never heard of, they might throw some cash your way. Unfortunately so many people misunderstood this that they kind of poisoned the well. If you try and report someone, expect heavy scrutiny.
All of these skeevy academics are going to be very aware of Title IX and school policy if they want their career to survive. A single ambiguous advance, which is immediately ceased (without future retaliation) when it is poorly received, is literally as close as you can legally go to the line before crossing into sexual harassment territory. The behavior described in your edit is playing fast&loose though. He must have had tenure or quit giving a fuck about his job. I was lucky enough to experience several professors on their very last semester for various reasons. Their level of "don't give a fuck" is unmatched.
Sometimes it is not so simple. Smart people on either end of the transaction are going to take a more subtle route. If a "wealthy" man is dumb enough to be part of this so-called community they are also probably dumb enough to be dangerously leveraged or otherwise in debt. Sometimes it's extending as far as fraud and embezzlement. While they might be idiot-savants at keeping the grift going, they're usually not smart enough to survive the scrutiny of a divorce. Almost inevitably this leads to a BK and liquidation of assets/property. A shitty philanderer of a father and a roof over the children's head is still probably better than divorced, homeless, broke, and with an absent/imprisoned father. I'm describing someone I personally know and she endured it to see her children through college/into the workforce and squirrel enough away that they could peacefully split without her former high-school sweetheart/the father of her children spending decades in federal prison. She's not perfect and is the first to tell you about the mistakes she made along the way, but she's happily married to someone else now and one of the smartest/strongest women I know. We're talking about small enough groups out of the larger population that it is difficult to paint with too large a brush. If you can find "case studies" to understand the context you'll start to see patterns/groups more reliably.
