Even if a game or movie is delisted, if you bought it, you should still have access to it on your account. Also keep in mind that sales are plummeting during the pre-order period of GTA6. There will be a spike in console sales during the launch of GTA6 plus the holiday season. But with more upcoming rounds of price increases we might see a generation collapse in this industry.
I'm baffled they're even bothering to make another console, the rest of Sony (and DEI bucks) must be carrying the gaming division hard because any other company would've been six feet under at this point.

I'll give you movies and music - though movies are arguable - but Sony first-party games sure as fuck aren't carrying the tech side.
Financially, they are.
Sony just spent the better part of the past few years lighting billion on fire chasing the live service trend, in the process delivering the single most expensive entertainment blunder in the past 100 years, Spider-Man 2 barely broke even, TLOU2 killed the franchise and likely Naughty Dog, and God of War: Foid Edition is bound to be a financial disaster.
If you read financial documents instead of watching youtube grift videos you'd realize that Playstation's been very profitable this past generation. You can like it or hate it but they've had shit down pat financially on most of their single player stuff.
Sony has a history of cooking their books, offloading loses from one division to the other in order to keep up the illusion that everything is fine.
I thought there were more PS5s sold than Xboxes this generation. Speaking of GTA VI, I’d figured Sony invested undisclosed amounts to Rockstar for marketing GTA VI for their consoles. How could Sony still sell PS5s despite sudden price increases? Unless I’m misunderstanding.
