Nick and friends look like closeted retards who are afraid to just come out. They call themselves America First so you'd think they'd be conservative fuckboys, but at the same time they're obsessed with anime? I just want to speculate on what the actual point of AF and the cozy boys even is at this point.
 
Nick is a coward. He wants one foot in edgy White nationalist, racist, sexist and anti-Semitic content and the other other foot in America first, afro-latino, campus conservative, pleasurable deniability. Nick is also a Christian, a narcissist, and a homosexual (he has admitted to wanting to rape another man, that's gay.) so he has pushed away all the competent people and he's left with gay Christians who are too scared to come out of the closet. This is AF in a nutshell.

The truth is that he doesn't have a long term plan. He's just going from day to day, saying things to his followers. There might have been a desire for political change at some point, I remember Jaden trying to set up a TPUSA competitor that went nowhere. I think he wanted to be Charlie Kirk but he was too lazy and stupid to do so.
 
i do think there was point in time, that AF was a somewhat serious movement that cared about the well being of white Americans and Nick himself, wanting to be a serious political leader. but than it all fell apart when all the censoring and banning from the mainstream happened and later, getting taken over by bad actors that damaged the brand like Baked Alaska and slowly becoming a literal asset to the feds. Nick himself became very much black pilled and apathetic to it all and clearly no longer cares about American politics. he just wants to be an E-celeb and grift as much money as possible, since he can no longer get a normal job by being associated with AF.

Nick will always be the "lost potential" to me since he could have worked in media and be somewhat successful if he had the right people guiding him but decided to play politics without realizing it would follow him for the rest of his life.

From what I can tell the current goal is to make Nick lots of money and feed his ego. At some point he may have had real political aspirations but he isn't a dumb guy. He has to know his brand of smarmy young conservatism won't go over well at a national level, or even a state level for that matter. At this point I think he's just doing his gay little show to make as much money as he can and to feel like a cool guy who has lots of people who look up to him.
 
The entire thing has always been an effort for Nick to self-aggrandize. If you ever hear Nick talk about his high school days and his involvement in model UN it's clear that Nick wanted from that time to be the center of attention. He considers having a thousand brown kids on the internet to be a successful venture. Ignore the fact that the guys he did model UN with are now all young professionals making names for themselves, probably with bright futures in real politics. No, Nick is better off because LatinoZoomer pledged to rape (children), kill (whites), and die (in prison) for him!
 
Cult of personality based around Nick. I think prior to 2017 he had the veneer of credibility and basically his faults could be waved off as him not having a mentor/ inexperience. I think he's got a chip on his shoulder about being censored or oppressed. After that he steadily started going for more attention after fucking with Ben Shapiro and Charlie Kirk, probably because he dropped out of college and never really worked for anyone.

I think not having a Boss is a great thing, something that should be strived for. However, you kind of need to suffer through having a crappy job and boss because some of the life lessons that are beaten into you since childhood don't really take unless you have an experience that makes you think about them and internalize the meaning of those lessons. Nick is a spoiled homunculus. He thought he could use the "I'm just a inexperienced High School/ College/ Zoomer involved with politics" excuse verbatim for every controversy he had. You learn that having some ability to admit fault rather than make excuses and dismiss concerns goes a long way. Nick is basically just an immature fag.
 
To replace Church Militant when there aren't enough gullible boomers and older self-loathing gays for Michael Voris and the audience has a craving for racist memes, Milo Yiannopolous will be the bridge. Maybe at one point there was a genuine desire to create a more politically viable alt-right using patches of Pat Buchanan, Paul Gottfried, Jared Taylor and E. Michael Jones, but the 2020 election basically proved none of that even mattered and Nick needed to figure out a new grift.

AF is a dead movement. Smart people could tell Nick was going to fail even before Groyper War. Dumb people realized Nick is a failure in the last year. There are only leaches left in AF.

You're a far kinder, more compassionate person than I am, and yes, you're right: Fuentes is a bright, articulate young man who could've gone places, done things, but he made questionable to bad choices--fucked-up fork-in-the-road decisions that led him to the darkness of the fringe. Without a close friend or mentor to check him, to call him on his shit, and instead surrounding himself only with culty yes-men, Fuentes fell prey to his own character defects and become the narcissistic, effeminate, catboy- and tranny-porn loving weasel we've all come to know and despise. God knows what damage he's done to the dissident Right with the rampant faggotry he's engaged in. Now when people think Alt-Right, they think of ragepig slobs like Ethan Ralph and fey and flaky closet queens like Nick Fuentes. A shame, really. "Lost potential" is right.

if you want to act like some hardcore fundamentalist who kills people for disrespecting the faith, you have to pick a religion that actually operates like that, which today is only islam. christcucks and kikes haven't operated like that in a very long time.

like, how are you gonna scream bloody murder and call for someones death for disrespecting your faith when the actual official leaders of your faith don't give a single fuck about it? neither the pope, nor his cardinals, nor any bishop or priest in america would support nick fuentes killing some guy over a halloween costume, they'd all instantly disavow him.
in islam you can get imams and high ranking leaders to support your jihad and order the killing of unbelievers who insult the prophet or the quran. charlie hebdo, salman rushdie, etc. but not in catholicism.
