It's what you want out of a relationship, and how much you're willing to do for the other person to make sure they get what they want. Being happy is good, but both people have to be happy to be in a relationship to get anything out of it.
 
Well, it's really nice to have that other person to talk to, that other person to confide everything in. At least for me, since I don't really have any close friends.

It's nice to have someone to do little things for, like when I lived with my boyfriend (long story, had to move out) I would cook for him before work every day. He gave me shoulder rubs. etc.

I'm a solitary creature, but even I can see some benefits to having a significant other. It's not for everyone though, and yeah, 'me' time can be admittedly a little scarce, but I think it's worth it overall.
 
Good reasons: Wanting someone to hang out with out, watch movies together, go on adventures, hold on to when I'm angry, laugh with, do little together.

Bad reasons: Just to be in a relationship and lose my virginity at last.
 
Companionship. I really love the idea of having someone to take care of, and who can take care of me when I need them to. I'm sure it wouldn't be all sunshine and lollipops, nothing ever is, but it sounds really nice. I'd like to experience it someday.

I'm not sure why I want a relationship but I wasn't even looking for one when I met my current GF. It's cool to have somebody that has the same interests and also wants le sexy time. There are some days I just want to do stuff on my own because she just isn't interested or busy lesson planning. I've never thought why I wouldn't want one because it's just awesome knowing that I have somebody there willing to listen.

Love? Like romantic love. A consistent conscious decision on both of your parts to put the other ahead of yourself. Sure, you probably won't quite be there until you guys have been in a relationship for a while but thats the goal. Find someone to experience life with.

It might be a touch corny but I still believe in that shit
 
It really depends on personality and how much you're willing to give and take.
Personally I prefer not being in one since I'm a selfish asshole. But everyone's different.
That being said I do enjoy casual dates and hookups since the Internet gets boring after a while.

In all seriousness though I forsee my attitude towards it becoming more positive and eventually start taking the whole dating thing seriously since the idea of companionship and having a sexy person to vent to sounds awesome.

But for now I rate relationships 3/10
 
Well, the idea of being in a close and intimate relationship with someone appeals to me. Someone who I can really talk to, someone I can share my hopes, dreams, fears, and insecurities with, and someone who I can love and be loved by unconditionally.
 
good things:
person to hangout with most of the time (pretty much no loneliness or boredom)
being able to pound dat pu$$y
always got a player 2 for like Mario Kart or whatever

too lazy to lay out bad things, mostly just money problems and drama and stuff like that
 
We take pride in our ability to communicate to each other via glares and judgy nods.
