Pretty sure the photos have been looked over by a bunch of people and have been Kiwi approved as not being faked. Sure, Phil could draw a tatt on a friend for every photo, but why bother? Finding a troon as hairy as Phil and willing to go along with the fraud to benefit Phil would be next to impossible. Phil has very few 'friends' and no-one close enough to do that for him. Occam's razor and all that.
Pain? He's an autistic tard. Look at how OPL deals with pain - he cut his own taint with a knife and then cleaned it daily with rubbing alcohol. Phil going to a shooting range a month or so after SRS can probably be explained as a combination of tard pain perception, immediate post-op excitement over being 'really female' and, of course, the enticement of guns. You probably could've gotten Phil out of bed and to the shooting range a day after SRS if you'd promised him he could shoot real, live guns there.
The telling thing is how Phil is reacting and changing as time goes on after his op. He's already stated surprise at not being interested in porn any more. And he's 'suicidal' again. Perhaps this time he really is feeling suicidal, realising that the operation that was supposed to make Kiwi Farms disappear and make Phil into a badass princess hasn't made any difference to those things at all. Problem is, he's cried wolf so many times about suicide before that no-one believes him now.
