Yeah, but that doesn't help if you're trying to avoid spoilers. Some hints would be nice. I finished Hotel Dusk:Room 215 without cheating* but I don't think I've ever completed a pokemon game without having to look a dozen things up. And pokemon's supposed to be a game that little kids can play.

*except for the coin trick. That was FUCKING BULLSHIT! The answer made no goddamn sense.

Oh yeah, I know that one, but I haven't come across any that said "Hold the 3DS upsidedown". Same thing a few pages back when I mentioned that I couldn't figure out how to evolve Pancham.

Yeah, that 3DS upside down one reminds me of those urban legends to get your dragonite to evolve into a Yoshi from Mario.

I saw that. It's referring to Sliggoo, which evolves into Goodra. I probably could have figured most of that one out (Sliggoo learns several water type moves and its ability is Hydration, so it's obviously connected to the water), but you have to have it at level 50 or above, and that's where it gets confusing, especially since you need to evolve Sliggoo as early as possible to get Goodra's best moves without needing Heart Scales.

Alright, one thing. I am really hating the way X and Y railroad you. Every time you get to a city, there's some contrived bullshit keeping you there until you beat the Gym Leader/kick Team Flare out/beat up your rivals. I know they did that in previous generations, but it feels really forced here.
