So what's the strategy for the garbage bag and the snowcone?
Garbodor: Dedicated spikes setter (both regular and toxic). Otherwise you can play it defensively (it has the HP/Def/SpDef to pull it off) or offensively (it's physical attack stat is really good). Aftermath is the prefferd ability for both though

Vanilluxe: Blizzard spammer with its Snow Warning ability. Only problem is that it doesn't have a lot of other coverage moves, so you're stuck with Freeze-Dry for water types that wall you. It got worse when Hidden Power was axed.

I still don't know how people tolerate this franchise after one of the most commonly used moves was taken away. I can understand the argument that this forced some Pokemon to specialize in certain roles and use other moves, but more often than not it provided new roles to Pokemon that might otherwise not have had counters and allowed them to fight back, not to mention added mindgames in what kind of Hidden Power you had to counter what threat. Not that it matters, the new powercreep is so retarded it makes Gen 4/5/6 compared to older generations look conservative.
