oh i could NOT be happier about this, guy is beyond insufferable, especially with his attempts at cancelling other 'content creators' because they weren't playing pretend to his liking. From being paraded around as the tranny poster child by his more famous and more successful youtuber friends like on gielinor games for no reason other than him being the perfect token tranny, to now being karl jobst'd and possibly memoryholed by his fellow grifters since it's now dangerous and inconvenient, oh how the puny have fallen.

he can retract statements all he wants but the damage is done and defy got cancelled HARD for that video; if defy did sue him, which he should have, his lawyers are going to come for that whole ass and after jobst none of them are gonna wanna negotiate unless they get a magnificent fucking deal out of it, but even so he might want to bring it to a judge who should absolutely demolish him and i couldn't be happier for it.

Damn, just finished the archived video and I gotta say, mental problems or not, I hope he gets so incredibly raped in court his grandchildren's grandchildren are still going to the man's grave to deposit the money they'll owe.

The fact he thought he could just spend 9 minutes heinously slandering the guy with the worst allegations known to man with "allegedly" being the only proof or defence is just wild.

Retraction kills the damages. Though in this situation, as mentioned in this thread, I think the exposure is not equivalent, which occurred with Karl Jobst as well.
It barely remits the damage while admitting negligence, so it makes a lawsuit much more appealing.
I think the apology video clip is enough for prima facie on its own.

Has there been any good salt to be had from Deadman All Stars 2?
I've very briefly looked over the highlights and comments, which have been completely overshadowed by fag-aggeddon. Basic gist of the asshurt:
  • Some guy called Alfie feels like he's on the verge of a mental breakdown

  • Ditterbitter on Solomission's team was apparently stream sniping

  • Solomission's team really riled up the audience because their week long plan was to rush Monkey Madness and then occupy the caves and block any teams from entering
  • There was a DDOS attack on Odablock during the finale

the event wasn't well thought out it seems, they just added sigils to spice things up, the food punishments on death were also a bit overbearing and made for an uninteresting finale, event as well tbh -- the food discrepancy was just so large between Solomission's team and everyone else's that there wasn't really any question that they would win the finale; Since they were so far ahead so early it also made it ideal for them to just sit on their lead
