FYI my vote has gone on the Kengleline as a proxy for the Atusists favourite game of "Blame the Farms".

Tbf all of the answers can be blamed on the farms. Even medical reasons can be blamed on us "those kiwi stalkers had my blood pressure up so high the Dr. wouldn't operate." I voted on the option I figured his piggy little tard brain would grasp at first.

My prediction is that he claims that he went in for the surgery and one of two things happens;
...Either Phil claims the surgery went off without a hitch and he's "totes a genuine Latinx womyn now, for realz you guys!", or he claims that the doctor was so enamoured by his sexiness/has been paid off by Kiwi Agents so that he tries to rape Phil right there in the OR while Phil is being anesthetized, so Phil rips the mask off and waddles away to protect his virginity. "I would have my Spanish Snatch, but that damn Kiwi Agent Doctor tried to rape me as they were putting me under. Almost 8 hours. That means only a couple more until he'll be awake from anesthesia and able to post something after his totally real surgery. Get your guesses in now! I'm think there is going to be some radio silence since we've already exposed or poked holes in every reasonable lie he could concoct. He's probably going with faking the Spanish Snatch since he hasn't already posted about his harrowing escape from the clutches of KF agents or a medical excuse that prevented the surgery or stopped it in progress. My vote was for medical reason, but I think he's actually going to go through with the lie and will try to fake it awhile longer.

I think we're going to end up seeing a fake vag, poorly shooped Phil crotch, or poorly shooped stinkditch pics he found on google.
