You are right. Finding a man is incredible easy. It's just the quality of the man that's the issue. For the women in the deathfat subforum, it's feeders, weirdos, meth heads, and that's it. Being a femcel, an obsessive shipper fangirl, a cat lady, or a fake lesbian is probably preferable to being with a feeder.
Some guys don't like hearing it, but if the tables were turned they'd get it. How many genuine male incels would want to be with ALR? Or Chantal? They'd probably rather stay incels. I mean they could a hump a garbage bag of pudding and it would feel the same way and probably stink less.
If you're a monstrously fat woman and you REALLY want a man and you REALLY don't want to lose weight, there's plenty of dudes out there.
But I also don't think ALR will have trouble finding a female feeder. I just get the feeling those relationships are more like mutual feeding rather than the classic male-female feeder relationship.

He tried to disguise it as a wholesome, sweet rescue story, but everyone, except maybe the people on the original smurf-lovers forum where the story was posted, could tell it was fetish porn.
The point is, whether it's brutalizing the infants of a fictional race of tiny cartoon people or watching huge fat chicks eat and get fatter, there's at least a few guys who think its the hottest thing ever.
But like others have already pointed out, the men who are into women that look like Hamber are not the cream of the crop. These are bottom of the barrel weirdos, and yes they exist, but there aren't all that many of them. The vast majority of men are repulsed by obese women. But ALR likes to act as if she's being pursued by scores of top tier men, but because she's like totally a lesbian, its just sooo annoying to to her.
As far a new woman, I'm sure Amber can find another one, but I don't think it would be a feeder. There are probably a few female feeders, but there are more women who are gold diggers and/or fame chasers. So Amber will probably either find a woman who is pursing her for her internet fame or one who is willing to replace Becky as Amber's butler in return for whatever financial rewards ALR can still afford to dole out.
