I'm tempted to post the pic of the shooter who modded a 12-gauge with a custom "Rainbow Dash" paintjob...

But anyway, all jokes and BS aside, Airsoft is worse than useless for self-defense. If Jace had tried that Airsoft drive-by crap in the neighborhood I grew up in, at the least someone would have staved in his windsheild with a rock, or actually returned live fire.
