In the TV show "The Unit" (based on Eric Haney's book "inside Delta Force") from 2005, in season 2, Episode 9 "Report by Exception", they literally show the MST (Mission Support Troop, where Williams worked) literally forging a passport and picking up disguises for an assassination mission for Jonas, the MC, and they clarify it is an in-house capability for the fictitious not-Delta Force.
