The settlement conditions are "confidential", but some info from a filed permanent injunction is public.

They have 60 days to fulfill all requirements of the settlement.
Below are the terms of the PERMANENT injunction that applies to ALL defendants.

The game sold 1 million copies and is getting critical acclaim, does it mean that everyone who played it is a pedophile or just that a small percentage of pedophiles (that should be killed like a dog) will sexualize anything with a minor in it?
I mean, ffs, in that case you can't even take your daughter or niece outside because there could be pedophiles out there that will look at her.

They can tone down some of this stuff if it will make people less angry, i don't care. I remember back in the day Josh reading a petition site asking for Stellar Blade to be released uncensored and i'm like: "ok, it doesn't affect me if it's censored or uncensored, i just play games for the gameplay". I feel the same way about this type of stuff, but i'm still scared that if this type of shit pushes the US or the UK to pass legislation of some kind, it will affect some other shit that no one wanted messed with (like violent video games as a whole, idk).

Pragmata has an official dogwhistle event of the UOOOH CUNNY meme face. Thats the biggest issues I have atleast.
Then Null also has issues with the character having a child gravure/child pagent look and with bare feet

That Cryana emoji is Capcom directly pandering to pedophiles, they created this game with pedophiles as a core demographic in mind, and the lolicon pedophile demographic identified this and confirmed a mutual understanding through this meme that Capcom are pandering to them.

It's conjecture. I'll repeat: a "chibi" (superdeformed) character crying is something you could see in anime as early as the 1980s. I think you want to express that you hate pedos more than the average person. Why?

They could have made the badge fucking anything based on the game and they chose to make it a crying emoji of the kid from the game. They did this during a time it's a well known thing of a very specific kind of person using/spamming the crying emoji.

EDIT: Also I should point out something I found out about the game from the thread talking about it where the kid isn't even a robot apparently but like a brain of a kid in a robot body or some shit which makes the people lusting after the kid more fucked up.

What is proven exactly? Capcom made an emote that kinda looks like an emoji used by pedos. That's it. I'm not invested in defending anyone. I think you're looking for excuses to vilify pedos even more than they already are. Calm down.

You don't really gotta overcomplicate the reasoning here like this. I don't think "security" or "dogwhistling" is even a factor here when everyone knows what the meme is. People are just fucked up man.
