I think he is mentally ill but not that mentally ill that he didn't know what he was doing , I think he knew exactly what he was doing. Just my opinion

A planted defense would've been worse than EED as it would almost be like belittling the jury's intelligence. EED is probably the best shot he has and it's still an extremely long one. They'll cull out anyone who even approaches looking like they'd buy it.i thought they would argue that all that stuff was planted. They could have said The DNA was planted, and I remember the timeline being off. I remember his fans arguing about that. But oh well I was wrong.

Agreed. The po-po doesn't plant shit on handsome white men from rich families, especially in cases like high-profile political assassinations where elaborate planning had to have been involved. They didn't even know who Luigi was prior to the shooting. In a case where the elite are humiliated and frightened you can bet your bottom dollar the NYPD put every resource into investigating this the right way. In spite of that though, Luigi could have gotten away with it had he not wrote his murder plan down, didn't leave his DNA everywhere, didn't create a fake ID with his face on it to check into a hostel with cameras everywhere, and didn't have the murder weapon on his person five days after pulling off a high-profile murder. He truly is a dumb dumb.

He's stopped replying to his lefty supporters since August and has been trying to curry favour with right-wing podcasters like Patrick Bet David in prison, lol.

There's something about this that just doesn't make sense to me. I swear when this first happened, there was something about some financial or bureaucratic drama in the company and Brian was about to expose/leak/sue/whatever something and as luck would have it, the Weeg goes ghosthunting. I can't shake the feeling that he wasn't working alone. How is it possible that everything was planned perfectly, except for the get away play. I understand that that's the hardest part but still. Maybe he wasn't a pansy. Maybe the assassination was perfectly by him right up until Brian hit the pavement and after that was most improv. Maybe I can't understand the depths of pure retardation and an overly inflated ego.
