Is there any indication that Allen Owobu has actually been kicked out of pre-med? As far as I know there isn't any evidence that is the case. Sadly I don't think anything will actually happen to him, though I expect Bella and Louis will likely be in some trouble over the Title IX shenanigans alone. Seems like there is an extremely good chance that Allen manages to walk away from this shook, but broadly unscathed.

In the US your four year degree is called "undergraduate" and Allen is PRE-med. He won't be eligible for med school until he completes the four year and applies to a med school to complete another four years of a doctorate and internship. More if he goes for a specialty. But given any good med school checks your background, Allen is ffffuuuccckkkkeeeddd.
