He probably presented himself as someone friendly to the second amendment but also wanting to protect fags. No sensible gun range operator would refuse that in 2018.

But... I'm a little curious as to how someone who just had serious surgery is on a gun range without any visible discomfort. ARs don't kick much, but if I had a disgusting wound between my legs I imagine it would hurt to fire one.
