It sounds like the Crown Attorney is prepped to quickly dismantle the dog scam. Want to bet he or she has a full file on all of Jonny's public dog related incidents?

God, I hope so. I'm hoping yaniv waddles in with his dog and the judge asks for bona fide/official "service dog" documentation. :)

I find it funny that yaniv thinks it's his "fame" and the ensuing publicity that made the previous lawyers drop him.

It seems jonny attended two court sessions today, NO dog with him either time. I'd love to see the judge pick up on that considering the case had been delayed because yaniv claimed he needed the dog with him...if he was capable today, not once but twice, why not originally?

He has a mental health crisis...maybe some chicken scratches on his wrists this time...ODs on baby aspirin. Something a bit more serious than prior. The court can't go after him if he was in the ER or hospital instead of court.

I can see him even being admitted inpatient by his own choice to avoid it, then when he's out? He's in recovery & treatment & can't be stressed by court & shit

Tough titties, this judge seems to be on to him. Pity every case he's had hasn't had the same calibre of judge that we witnessed today.

Can you imagine the anger he must feel to be told when to talk and when to shut up, to have someone in authority knowing he's bullshitting and not putting up with it, that his "protected" tranny status means jack shit here...loving it! Yeah I'm hoping someone's there to report on it and even better to take some pics / a vid. Oh to be a fly on his greasy walls atm.

Some medical condition will inevitably pop up between now and then, fair dues he has plenty to choose from.

The Judge recognizes that Jonny is attempting to (badly and ineptly) play the system and is having none of it. Expect Yaniv's next scam to demand the Judge recuse himself. Followed by a series of health care crisis. Further expect Mr. Johnston to be alone at the start of trial having no idea where the fat fuck is. The fat fuck will be in the ER complaining of chest pains.

Isn't this the second time a Judge "seized" all matters related to Yaniv? Or was that another of out litigous cows?

This happens in U.S. courts, too, largely for the same reasons and with the same problems, like accusations of or actual bias. One reason to do this is the case is complex enough it could take months for a new judge to catch up. Also common is the Johnny Boy situation, where a frequent vexatious litigant has all new cases assigned to a specific judge.

As this type of litigant mainly re-litigates issues they've repeatedly lost already, at least the judge getting sent the cases knows what claims or factual findings are precluded, etc. So the losing litigant, who loses time and again, claims bias.

It's the self-diagnosis of CFS/fibro that gets me.

A bit OTT I agree but would love, for once, for some judge to delay proceedings for yaniv's full medical history just to call his bluff on these so called "health problems". Disappointed the BCHRT didn't do that at the time.
