Kicking out your son for vomiting, what kind of fucking logic is this?

He also let Tyce into the house without any supervision, who went on to trash Jace's room and draw swastikas all over the walls. I think Gail's parenting methods are completely misguided and inconsistent, but I can imagine finding a big tub of vomit and a sick covered suit in the wardrobe to be the draw that broke the camels back.

So Jace had his puke bucket stewing for a while and she just found out?

I don't know what the hell Gail's doing with her time but it must be pretty amazing for her to miss so much of her son's activities that he broadcasts to the world and screams about constantly.
as far as we're aware she isn't computer literate and thus isn't aware of the full extent of Jace's online activities. When we've heard Jace talk to her about streaming, YouTube, fans, etc, she just adopts the same "ooh that's nice young man" tone as if he was talking about his imaginary friend or some shit.

Once again, we have proof of Gail's parenting shortcomings. Faith healing is the last thing Jace needs since it - you know - doesn't work.

I'm surprised she didn't just "Young Man" him about the vomit though. Kicking him out for it makes no sense. She could have just made him clean things up and sent him to a doctor or something.

Ok, I laughed at this so hard because I was picturing it in my mind. Dreams can be weird as fuck, lol.

Speaking of dreams, I wonder what Jace's reaction would be if he met Freddy Krueger in real life.

I don't understand why Gail would kick out her son just for having a puke bucket, she must know that he has some kind of medical condition. If that were me I would've told him to just dump it outside and clean it out, there's no reason to kick him out over that. Then again, this family is dysfunctional and I'm probably looking too far.

Especially when faith healing also leads to the deaths it's administered upon as shown by a link someone posted in this thread. As for kicking him out, that is rather extreme since she could of told him to just dispose of the puke bucket and clean up any messes but then again, Jace could show resistance to that.

Faith healing doesn't lead to death. Whatever illness you have does, and faith healing doesn't prevent that, and that's a problem when people with serious ailments are treated via faith healing instead of actual medicine.

I should of worded that properly. Still, it does show how much of a mother Gail is in terms of getting medical attention for Jace: not good when she decides to take him to a faith healer.

Yeah. Though I'd really like to know how "serious" of a condition he has/had, and how much of that (last) vomit avalanche was psychosomatic. I've heard there are signs he has some stomach problems, but what much of an effect would drinking vomit (let's assume it was... as far as I can tell there's no real evidence for this and it could have been practically anything) have on that? He also complained about serious pains in his stomach after the whole vomitting.

He actually drew Swastikas all over the walls?! I thought you guys were just joking about that....

It's times like this I can't help but feel bad for Jace, his mother is totally nuts. While I believe in personal responsibility to an extent it's no wonder with Gail as his mother Jace has turned out the way he has. The homophobia, racism, etc. all seems to lead back to the influence of his parents. It's fucked up because even as young as Jace is I don't think he's capable of changing at this point. I'd kill to hear more in depth about his childhood. With Chris we have a pretty good idea of why he is the way he is but with Jace we only have bits and pieces. Even with the small amount we know though it's clear that he had a strange childhood.

"She's sending me to a faith healer for 'cleansing'"

You know, I never considered the possibility that Jace is possessed. It would explain his mindless taste for violence, his vulgarity and his constant vomiting for one thing.

Hell though, I'm willing to accept any explanation for why Jace is so fucked in the head at this point.
