Jay's comics are what he hopes will be his ticket to fame, fortune and fighter jet ownership.

Never one to under-commit himself, Jay currently has two comic projects on the go.

Myth of the Legendary Warrior (MotLW) is Jay's premium offering. Each 16-page comic costs an epic $9 including shipping (more if you have the misfortune of being Australian) and follows the adventures of a sadistic 5-year-old foot fetishist named Jay Geis as he guns down faceless bad guys, squabbles with his older brother and almost nukes the Metro-DC area.

Hero Team is Jay's free web-only side project. Intended for more mature audiences, it follows a group of super soldiers led by a sadistic 22-year-old foot fetishist named Jay Geis as they gun down faceless bad guys, squabble with their liberal government paymasters, and engage in public masturbation.

Jay's drawing without the aid of computers looks like this:

Aided by expensive software it gets as good as this:

I'm wondering...after seeing his...um...drawing technique? On the live stream, just how long it takes him to do a page. I mean, it's got to be ages seeing as how it took forever to do what he did Sunday.

Also, he mentioned he was using a tablet, but it looked like he was dragging shapes to how he wanted his stuff to look. So like, for his style is a tablet even neccasery?

As Absinthe said in chat earlier this morning, he has all of the equipment, but none of the skill.

It should be noted here that Jay has said multiple times he doesn't like drawing, and refers to MotLW as "a means to an end," that "end" being famous. It's probably why it took him like 2 hours of working in Adobe Illustrator just to draw one terrible page of Hero Team, that and his complete lack of patience.

Also, Jay puts the dialogue in first before drawing anything, for those who don't know.

The End! Come back later for Pilot Epic 3!! Due out any year now!! INSPIRATION IS HARD TO COME BY and his 4 inch blade won't fap itself after all.

Gotta love GK's transparent reference to General Grievous.

ADDENDUM: Also gotta love Gay Jeis on this one, which is practically its own image macro:

MOURNS A CARDBOARD THING CALLED DOT

HATES PETS

If his comic was ever turned into a TV show, it would be like the Adults Party Cartoon of PPG, but with less homosex and more violence. And the aliens look like what happens if you fuse General Grievous with the Elites from Halo.

Also, Jay's head is big enough for his entire body to fit inside of it. Not even the Powerpuff Girls had THAT big of heads IIRC.

Has anyone figured out why they're called "Pilot Epics"?

My guess is that the first three comics are essentially one big "pilot episode" that helps set up the story for the entire series. Which doesn't help much since it doesn't explain how he got his abilities in the first place beyond being "Half Human Half Power".

Personally, I thought it was because of his obsession with things being "EPIC," but that does make more sense.

I find the pilots more disturbing than the main comic, considering it's a five-year-old being this callous and sociopathic (and the foot-fetish... ew).

Anyone know what the black things in the background of the next to last panel are supposed to be? Also, what is with the lack of page numbers?
