laser hair removal makes me a little nervous just because so much of the hair women remove is over lymph nodes (armpit & groin) and no one knows what firing lasers into that tissue repeatedly actually does long-term. Maybe it does nothing, maybe it does something bad, you have to usually wait many years to find out about such things. The effects of electrolysis are unlikely to extend past the skin so if I had to choose a permanent hair removal option it would be that. They're both unpleasant.

I wish, can't afford shit. I do need to reduce my breasts as they've became a issue for me.

-knocks on wood- my family has really good skin so we age pretty well, but I wouldn't be opposed to mild fillers when I'm older. But not like, duck lip fillers, I like my natural lip shape.

No because I am too scared of looking worse than before. I don't think I'm ugly at all, but I'd like to fix my bumpy nose (deviated septum). But I'm super scared of making my nose look worse than it looks now, since it's not super obviously crooked as it is. I even had a CT scan scheduled to see if I could get surgery but I ended up cancelling because I got scared.
I also wanted to get my deviated septum fixed years ago (like you, it's a tiny bump/barely noticeable unless you feel my nose). My ENT actually talked me out of getting it 'cause she said the surgery swelling will takes months to go away/it was mild enough that she didn't think fixing my deviated septum will have much effect on my sinus issues.

you are all insane to be doing any of this and almost on par with transgendas
Hey I had to get milia removal, they were scratching on things and it was sore 😭 they were under my clothes so it's not like it was a looks thing. Lots of these things have non-cosmetic purposes too, like Botox is really good for migraines, headaches and muscle tics, and some people need nose jobs to breathe properly.

One thing I do think is insane though is that there's a chain of beauty clinics near me called Zen. Zen philosophy is all about accepting that everything is in a state of ageing and decay, and learning to be okay with it. I kind of hope it's a fake front and customers go in and are greeted by Buddhist monks who teach them to meditate and hit them with sticks until they decide they don't mind looking old any more.

Modern dermatology can be such a grey area between regular medicine and cosmetic stuff.

I started seeing a dermatologist to help with hormonal acne - aesthetically, I hated having acne but it was also just painful during breakouts. She put me on spironolactone and trentinoin which helped with that and also some other annoying little issues. She also recommended doing a few chemical peels/microneedling and since they were done right in her office I never considered them to be cosmetic until I read this thread.

I really want a tummy tuck cuz I've lost like a hundred pounds at an age where the skin isn't going to bounce back but they're so expensive I haven't fully decided if it's worth going into debt for right now. Also every consultation I've had so far, the surgeons give me weird vibes, I've only seen male ones though. The nurses are usually cool
Other than that, I do laser hair removal
Congratulations!!! I'm right there with you, I'd like a tummy tuck and the skin on my arms removed. I haven't gone as far as meeting with a surgeon but am debating on it, just need 20ish pounds to goal

I do botox and absolutly love it. I started to notice those "11" lines in my early 40s and botox has completely erased them. My eyebrow are the only place I get it injected so it tends to keep the cost low BUT Im big into weightlifting and fitness and apparently that causes the effects to go away quicker. I have to do touch up injections every 2 to 3 months.

I think the procedure you decide to get depends heavily on what exactly is going on with your face thats aging you. Example: are your wrinkles from poor skin quality or is it muscle tension/overuse? If you have nasolabial folds, is it from actual skin slackness/sagging or cheek volume loss making the illusion of sagging? Etc

I would definitely pay for a consultation first before getting anything done, I did and it helped me to understand how my features were changing and the mechanisms behind my aging. Everyone is different.
