Sir,
1. I, Vikram Buddhi, r/o of K-12 MIN New Palam Vihar Phase 1, Gurugram Haryana 122017 make this complaint against the accused for House Breaking and theft of my belongings.
2. On 18.12.2024, between 11:30 hrs to 15:30 hrs, some men entered from adjoining house K-20 and committed house breaking into my residence located at the second floor of K-12 MIN. They climbed over the terrace wall boundary from third-floor terrace corner of K-20 onto the third-floor terrace corner of my residence K-12. Then they climbed down the metal ladder from the third-floor terrace of K-12 MIN onto my second-floor balcony of K-12 MIN, and stole my pen-drive that was in my balcony.
3. ACCUSED PERSONS: The photographs of some of these accused men from K-20 who are RAW / DIA / Department of Atomic Energy agents are attached here. They are acting in conspiracy with residents of house K-10 and neighbouring houses K-11, K-9, K-15, and K-11B. The surrounding residents video-graphed the house breaking on their mobile phones and passed the video among themselves.
4. These accused men are informants for RAW, Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA), Department of Atomic Energy brain-research scientists, and Naval Intelligence. They are working for RAW to prevent me from prosecuting RAW who inserted mind-reader microchips in my brain and eyeball video camera in my eyeball lenses and wireless electronic microchip stimulators in my genitals, penis, anus and groin. These accused men, women and children participating in mass-conspiracy to commit house-breaking, mind-reader, eyeball video camera, RO water poisoning with radioactive Polonium-210, and genital/penis stimulation by mobile radio signal, in mass-conspiracy with RAW and Defence Intelligence Agency, should all be raped in the ass and shot dead. Arrested these bastards and prosecute them fully.
5. RAW, USA federal agents, Department of Atomic Energy, and Defence Intelligence Agency inserted mind-reader brain-signal recording microchip particles all over my brain cerebral cortex and brain-nucleus. RAW is extracting the brain-signals from my brain using wireless radio induction equipment and converting the brain-signals to audio speech using Machine Learning directed translation, and broadcasting the audio speech of my brain-thoughts over mobile network to the accused persons, and police stations, and general public.
6. RAW is extracting the eyeball video signal from the video camera in my eyes and distributing the video signal to these accused persons.
7. These accused people from K-20 and neighbours are in conspiracy with RAW and Defence Intelligence Agency and grocery stores to inject radioactive Polonium-210 poison into RO water bottles in the neighbouring grocery stores. This poison was supplied to them by RAW intelligence officers in a bid to do extra-judicial killing of me, the victim of brain-signal data reader. The accused persons and RAW conspired with area residents not to consume the poisoned water, and not to tell me that this RO water is poisoned. They hope that I will purchase this poisoned water, consume it, and die. This operation is directed by RAW intelligence, Defence Intelligence Agency, and Naval Intelligence officers.
8. A separate complaint will be filed against the accused in K-20, K-10 and neighbouring residences & grocery stores for water poisoning and attempt to murder committed in conspiracy with RAW, Defence Intelligence Agency, Department of Atomic Energy, USA federal agents, and Naval Intelligence.
9. Kindly register F.I.R., arrest these accused persons, and prosecute them for house-breaking and theft under
1) BNS Section 331(1), house-breaking;
2) BNS Section 331(3), house-breaking to commit theft of pen drive.
3) BNS Section 332(c), house-trespass in order to commit theft;
4) BNS Section 61, conspiracy to commit the above;
