Came across an interesting pair of schizos on Youtube. Two twin sisters, Candy and Brandy Grandpre (yes those are their real names, as far as I can tell). Candy is also known under the username "Targeted By The Psych World."
There seems to be a really long story here, something about family drama. They're both somewhat crazy. Brandy is more put together, able to have her own place and some sort of income. She is also a lesbian. Candy is more crazy and is the one who claims to be the victim of gangstalking. Candy is homeless, and says she was harassed out of her previous living arrangement. She says she became homeless in October 2023. There's videos from before then where she says she's homeless, so I'm not sure how this discrepancy has come about.

Brandy's channel (A). Lives in a suburb of Atlanta, the family is originally from New Orleans.
Candy is the only one who claims she is being gangstalked, but she also claims her twin is responsible for it, so the two of them are linked together in this. Candy's main "perps" are cars with broken headlights, the numbers 13, 16, 33, and anyone wearing red. She's gotten in trouble with the police (video) a few times for yelling at random people who she thinks are gangstalkers.
Because of how much she posts, she has attracted the attention of a few trolls. One of them at some point impersonated the actor Darnell Williams, so she now claims "the Darnell Williams perp" is behind most of her online harassment. It's doubtful there's any organized online campaign, she very openly says what upsets her, so people can easily mess with her. There is at least one person dedicated to making threats of violence against her.
Candy claims she cannot work because of her disability: "sensitive ears." Considering most of her videos and live streams are her screaming at the top of her lungs about how the evil satanist gangstalkers are ruining her life, I find this hard to believe. She makes money via donations from a small, devoted group that seems to legitmately believe her stories.
Speaking of stories, Candy claims she does work! She writes short stories on her Youtube community page! They're all very simple, maybe 5th grade level writing at best. She's put a few "books" on Amazon (A), most of which are rated very low. The positive reviews come from fellow targeted individuals.
This whole story took a turn on August 24, 2024, when Candy and Brandy's brother Wyatt unexpectedly passed away (A). Candy accused Brandy of using Wyatt in a satanic sacrifice. I have been so far unable to find the real cause of death. This somehow led to them talking to each other after a very long period of not talking. They did a 5 hour long livestream together. I haven't watched the whole thing, but what I did see was very frustrating to watch. Brandy trying to half-heartedly talk some sense into Candy, while Candy interrupted her the whole time.
It seems nothing lasting came of this, and they're once again feuding. Both of them seem somewhat estranged from the rest of the family, though Candy is more distant. Candy has these annoying little nicknames for all of her family members, such as "drunk lady Yvonne." She says these nicknames frequently. There's a video of her randomly showing up at "drunk lady Yvonne's" house in the middle of the night after not being in contact for 5 years. Candy is all surprised Pikachu face when she isn't allowed in the house late at night with no prior notice.
Candy claims she was once told by a family member "you have no family" during an argument, and she repeats this to reinforce her belief that all of her family are gangstalkers. From the little I can find on the rest of the family, they seem like decent people, one is a volunteer for the local Habitat for Humanity, and another is a teacher.
Really deep rabbit hole here. It's been hard to follow since the story is split into a billion little videos, but maybe it can be followed and documented more methodically in this thread.
