Hello, Kiwifarms. I just wanted to do a quick check-in. Christmas was kind of meh—not bad, but not great. As for @bear hammer and your message, I appreciate it a lot, and I'm sure you have faced the struggles with me, but I'm kind of burned out on Mom ranting. I have stated the same complaints many times over, and making a Discord account to express them to you doesn't really do us any good. I appreciate the offer, though. As for getting laid, I don't really care about it so much as I care more about moving away from my mom's house. I know if I ever had the chance, I could have a girlfriend, but with my current life situation, even if I managed to get a girlfriend, it would be horrible with my awkwardness and my mom constantly trying to micromanage and control my relationship.

Also, I would like to add recently my social anxiety is crippling. My cousin brought his girlfriend to the Christmas party, and I was so freaking nervous and had several autistic moments. It was freaking embarrassing for me even if she probably didn't care or notice my mistakes, and I also feel so much sadness for the life I could have lived. @bear hammer If you have one thing to be grateful for, it's the freedom you were given. Even in your bad situation, you had the chance to try and fail to join the military, and you had the chance to work a job. All of these things I never got to do, and I won't have the chance to do for the foreseeable future. My mom has taken away any freedom or opportunities I could have had. Even if my fairy tale scenario came true and I moved away, I am so crippled mentally that it's going to be almost impossible to overcome, so please appreciate and take advantage of the freedom you were given. bear hammer

I could go on about my problems for hours, but the thing I'm constantly reminded of most is how I will never go to school, I will never play sports at any meaningful level, and I will always be an idiot, a joke, something people laugh at, a goofball, and nothing more. Even if I found my dream girlfriend, I wouldn't even know how to treat her. Do you treat her like a friend, a doormat, or a dog? Who knows? I can't handle rejection; I cry at the slightest insult, and all these problems can only be overcome by experiencing them, which is something I have never been given the chance to do. People on the outside world don't realize the hill I would have to climb to even be somewhat normal, so they think I don't want to improve, but I do. I do want to change, but every day another door slams in my face when I think of escaping, and I've learned my dreams will never be reality. Honestly, if I wasn't fearful about going to hell or jail, who knows what would have happened by now? But the reality is here in the real world; no matter how many daydreams I have, there is no feasible way to escape my mom, and that's what tortures me.

chat, I want to rant about the latest YouTube AI slop trend and the insane YouTube comment section echo chamber. So recently I was watching YouTube and stumbled into this stupid video called "The Psychology of People Who Won't Watch Sports." I didn't even bother to watch it, but I clicked it to see the comments. Not only is the video AI slop, but all the comments are all the same things: "I'm so glad I didn't waste my time watching sports" and other variants of "sports bad." On the sidebar, I discovered so many clones of this same channel using the term "the psychology of [insert thing]," and come to think of it, literally every video on the sidebar is AI slop.

You have to love the absolute irony of people who are so stupid they fall for AI slop videos calling watching sports a waste of time, like watching AI slop videos and commenting on them is not a bigger waste of time. At least sports create a sense of community, but these potentially bot YouTube accounts think it's a better use of their time to watch meaningless slop on YouTube, and not only do they think AI slop is more important than sports, but they think sports and everything else are a "distraction" from real-world problems such as?? Well, they won't tell you; they just keep it vague and say, "Sports are bread and circuses to distract from problems," as if AI slop is not a problem they're actively contributing to.

I hate sports haters, AI slop channels, and how every YouTube comment section becomes an echo chamber. YouTube is officially dying.
 
Hey Kiwifarms, I have stumbled upon a rabbit hole that I would make its own thread, but I'm only allowed in Spergatory, so I will post it here. Feel free to post it in the other threads. I will make it short and sweet. So, I got suggested awhile ago a video about a guy named Ross Capicchioni surviving almost getting murdered by a gang. The video was only 5 years old, but in the sidebar there was a reaction video by this channel called BucketHeadNation, the usual Black dude reaction channel, that was from 9 years ago, so I clicked on that video and found the link to the original video in that video's description, and it was banned for violating YouTube's terms of service.

Obviously this is ridiculous because the Black dude's reaction is still up, and the reupload I found from 5 years ago is up, but the original video got taken down, so I went to that link on the Wayback Machine, and on that link in the sidebar, I found a channel that uploaded a TV testimony of a girl named Tamara Laroux who survived suicide, and in the sidebar, I found another video from the same channel called "11-yr-old Went to Heaven and Back, and Tells What He Saw!" and I remember this video from 2016 or so, and according to the Wayback Machine, it had 35 million views. It's about that kid who inspired the movie Heaven Is for Real. Regardless of what you think about these testimonies, it was pretty nostalgic seeing videos in the suggested about gay men who were delivered from their homosexuality by Christ, and some even using words like "killed," when in the modern day, YouTubers are afraid to say "murder."

I also saw other videos in the sidebar referencing the Illuminati and other conspiracy theory stuff in the sidebar as well, and all this got me thinking, how many viral videos are lost media? If you go to the Buckethead Mafia channel, you'll find another viral video about a teenager committing suicide that was also removed from YouTube that I remember watching on these guys' channel. And it's honestly shocking how many viral videos have been taken down. For example, go to the most popular videos Wikipedia page, and you will notice many early YouTube milestone videos were taken down, and it's got me thinking, how can we locate these lost videos and sources where they can still be viewed? It's amazing how the Wayback Machine provides so many video titles of stuff I would happily watch on modern-day YouTube when, in this current era, I'm so starved for anything interesting. We need a YouTube lost media thread, and if I were let out of Spergatory, I would help contribute to it.

I also remember a couple months ago finding a fan-made video of the music video "Kids" by MGMT, often called the unofficial video. It features people in makeup dancing to the song in glorious 280p. The video is back up, but apparently it was taken down for a long time, and the dancers in the video were apparently featured in MGMT's video for "Electric Feel," which seems surreal—that people could be in a music video off of a viral video that almost became lost media. Also, from what I could find, it was the only music video of MGMT's video "Kids" on YouTube for a long time, so it was mistaken for the official music video. Edit: apparently the video about the kid going to heaven and back is not only still on YouTube, but the entire channel consisting of reuploads of the 700 Club TV show is still on YouTube. I'm honestly shocked it's still on YouTube. I linked the video in the text, but my overall point about lost media still stands. I plan on doing another post about finding lost political media from 2000s YouTube, such as the Ron Paul fan accounts that reuploaded various TV and radio shows relating to not only Ron Paul but also other politicians that were sadly mass DMCAed by the liberal media.

Why are people on Kiwi Farms so hostile towards me? What did I do wrong? I mean, read some of my exchanges with people like @Dumbledore's Onlyfans and @Ghostface Killah these people are so rude and aggressive for pretty much no reason, and not only that, but other Kiwi Farms users agree with their posts over me. It's insanity; surely I'm not the crazy one here. Do any nonbiased Kiwi farmers agree with me or them? If not, why? Feel free to correct me and explain what I'm doing wrong.
