I really like them going to a commercial space finally. It may not be 'the warehouse' where they build a set inside some hangar but I hope they get to build a bespoke set to a larger degree than they have before. There is a lot of good potential here.
I also hope the new financial strain means Jet is forced to axe the game project. Just seems like a huge money pit.

The "warehouse" will probably work much better for them being able to film there and prevent Karens from being annoyed like it happened before.
On the other hand I'm going to assume that the wiggers are incompetent/lazy as usual and won't really consider what is needed for a cast of around 10 contestants and a crew to live in and around the warehouse for a few weeks.
Even if the warehouse has working plumbing and they can get good acoustics set up, I still see them getting reported for the whole setup because they have the contestants sleeping there and that will likely need special permissions they won't have.

Thanks for the clarification. Not building a set from scratch makes it different, but it's still housing a bunch of people in a commercial space. Maybe less plumbing issues, but someone will find a legal issue they didn't cover (if they even tried)

They got kicked out of Georgia, a state known for being friendly about filming, from a house that was specifically used for filming that they got an entire season+ out of with no problems? Doesn't pass the smell test. If they want to go back to RI just say that.

And it’s obvious when the wiggers are facing legal problems over zoning. They got kicked out of the s3 house 3/4 of the way through that season and all the season 4 shenanagins were because of that, and we saw none of it in S5. Maybe they were afraid of backlash if they told the truth. A lot of the fans think streaming in RI/MA is a permanent no go after the S4 disaster.

We found the requirements before the show even started. They could easily do it. Its just stuff like having a safety plan, insurance, and MAYBE having to pay an off-duty cop to be there. This is shit that retards like Ice Poseidon deal with and successfully navigate but the wiggers are a terrible combo of lazy and cheap. Remember when they went to Las Vegas and they weren't allowed to film on the strip or fremont street without paying a small fee so they decided to just waddle around backstreets instead?
