I really like them going to a commercial space finally. It may not be 'the warehouse' where they build a set inside some hangar but I hope they get to build a bespoke set to a larger degree than they have before. There is a lot of good potential here.
I also hope the new financial strain means Jet is forced to axe the game project. Just seems like a huge money pit.

The "warehouse" will probably work much better for them being able to film there and prevent Karens from being annoyed like it happened before.
On the other hand I'm going to assume that the wiggers are incompetent/lazy as usual and won't really consider what is needed for a cast of around 10 contestants and a crew to live in and around the warehouse for a few weeks.
Even if the warehouse has working plumbing and they can get good acoustics set up, I still see them getting reported for the whole setup because they have the contestants sleeping there and that will likely need special permissions they won't have.

Drench needed to be on a season with other heavy hitters. Her competition was literally a bunch of completely useless retards. She was the only person other than Freddy that was actually trying, and Freddy was so fucked up most of the time that he barely counts.
She sucked because you never saw her challenged, the sole tryhard in a season of rejects. She also used her gay aussie leftism as armor, something that better competition would have shredded immediately. She'd have been much better on Season 5 in place of emma.
