Chris deserves a 1 because of how badly he takes care of himself. I've seen people who were disfigured in some way - missing or deformed limbs, big birthmarks or burns, or scars that may have been gotten from car accidents and the like, and they look better than Chris because they work with what they have, are clean, and dress appropriately/decently. Honestly, as long as you are clean, in all right shape (a bit overweight is ok, too) and your clothing is in reasonable/decent shape and fits your body type, you should get a 5 in looks alone.

I'm just mainly grossed out by how greasy the hair looks on top. Ew. And the lines under his eyes are just... wow. I've had lines under my eyes a few times from sleepless/stressful times in my life, but never that deep and they went away after some rest.

His Megan emails hints that he had to make the infamous fingerbang picture to keep his hormones in check, so I think it's crossed his mind. I don't think he sees it as rape though. Chris isn't as lazy as people tend to say he is. If he thinks he sees a way, he'll drive across several states against his parents to get a girlfriend. Despite all of his faults, at least he can say he tried.

He asks others to fix his problems for him not because he's lazy, but because he literally has no idea how to fix them himself.
