Cyberpunk 2077 Grieving Thread

I see they made “Ultimate Edition” at one point, what’s that? Is it THE definitive edition? Or should I pick up the 10$ Xbox launch copy ?

The "Ultimate Edition" is just the base game + Phantom Liberty, which was the expansion campaign released in 2023.
In my opinion the expansion campaign is better than the base game, it has so much content it feels like an entire extra game and has a better story, it also ties into the main game's campaign by offering a new ending. So definitely pick up that version. I played Cyberpunk for the first time after the expansion was released so its not too much to bite off & play both in one playthrough. It unlocks after you're like a third or two thirds of the way through the main campaign so it's paced well if you're playing it alongside the base campaign.

I'm torn on whether or not I'm going to watch the dub. On one hand, one of the MCs is voiced by this freak. On the other hand, the big cyberpsycho fella Kingsley is voiced by none other than Clancy Brown himself.



I'll probably end up watching it in English for him, but it does kind of put a bad taste in my mouth that they hired such a shithead to play the kid.
