There's absolutely nothing Western about hordes of Brown people, because Brown people are not Westernized. The overwhelming majority of them are religiously and culturally Hindu, or Moslem, sub-continentals.
I've always believed that as much as Latinos have all sorts of issues, at the very least they are Westernized (Spain, Portugal), and some of them are even of European descent. There's a reason why Spain, Portugal, and Italy have no problems assimilating Latinos, ethnic and cultural closeness counts for a lot.
The immigration system should take into account ethnic familiarity, or at the bare minimum country caps, across the board (including special VISAs).
This is what it means when you can fill a Western city with Western-style architecture but when its full of hordes of Brown people it's just not Western anymore. What it means to be a Western society ultimately boils down to the people, and that means Western people, majority of European descent, or Westernized ethnics.
At this point in time Buenos Aires in South America is more Western than Toronto, Ottawa, and even Montreal, because the Argentinian people are ethnically Western.
Canada continues to consider itself a Western country while simultaneously bringing in millions of people who are neither Western, nor Westernized, its delusional.
