Canada isn't ignoring the USMCA talks, we were not invited to partake in them. Trump does not want to deal with Canada at all. He openly said Canada can "take it or leave it, we don't need their input". So yah, big thanks Carney for alienating not only the worlds last superpower and largest consumer market but Canada's biggest trade partner for oh... I dunno...the last 5oo years.
