All of that and they found one dude. One out of 2,000. That's 0.05%, which is not a lot, and is probably actually lower than the odds of you finding a chomo if you were to just walk down main street shaking down people until you found one, considering that the general American populace has a rate of sex crime convictions (of any sort) of about 0.25%.
