Anisa Johma's (iDubbz gf) badly cared for implants. She hasn't followed the aftercare instructions and her implants have gone wonky. Even with her photoshopping, these looked fucked. Why are they purple?

I didn't even notice those, since the gigantic balloons on her chest makes it hard to notice anything else. Bad photoshop? I don't know, but the calves don't look real somehow.

Calf injection, the calves don't get muscles build up in that way. There's a reason why folks who work out calves are nicknamed "drumstick" for the way the muscle is formed at the TOP of the calf near the knee, not the middle.

string implants are fucking scary. not only because of how big your boobs can get, but because removal isn't as simple as other implants (which have complications of their own, of course). because they're designed to expand by absorbing the fluid the string causes the breast to produce, if you can't get that shit out, your tits are just gonna keep getting bigger and bigger until you get a mastectomy. there's a reason those sketchy ass implants were only available for like two seconds.

Go figure that one’s a troon. I wouldnt have guessed honestly by the last picture bc he looks too fucked up to even be human. ive seen a few of those pics before but the one with the stubble gives it away though. Usually its easy to tell when someones a troon but for this guy its hard to tell in some pics bc of just how botched his face looks
