Even in that regard, Enter fails. Enter's dismissal of animation outside of his interests, such as Japanese anime or old animations such as Looney Tunes is very well-known on the sub-forums. Critics who take the "serious approach" (and even critics who just do things humorously) are supposed to be well-versed and educated in their fields. Enter's knowledge of animation is miniscule at best, so the fact that he's trying to give in-depth criticism just falls flat.
This isn't Ebert. This isn't Red Letter Media. Hell, this isn't even fucking Nostalgia Critic Doug Walker. Enter watched a bunch of SpongeBob when he was young and somehow he thinks this makes him qualified to criticize without any further research into what he's doing. This is essentially what is wrong with Enter as a critic. For being passionate about animation, he knows jack shit about it.
