Since we are all reminiscing, I’ve been watching the Destiny era retros Always Ymir is currently doing and saw how Wasabi (aka Chaplin) got his name for the first time.
I thought it was a stupid claim by Aunt Tammy at the time but I am now 100% convinced Amber stole the cat name from her. She literally didn’t know what Wasabi was.

I watched that too and tend to agree, I also noticed the drastic difference in poor Wasabi's behaviour.

Cats can chill out as they age but that boy was neglected so much he did a complete 180, he was so affectionate and energetic. I know people often won't consider (for some unknown reason) that she was/is violent towards the animals but I believe it.
