Sixteen year olds & eighteen year olds are retarded. Twenty year olds are retarded too, and you can chalk some of Braden Peter's retardation due to age as well. But it's not rocket science to not preform medical procedures on people without a license even if they are dumb and believe you because they're other dumb teens. You can still face consequences of your actions.
Even a 16 year old should know better than to accept unplanned medical procedures in a guy's house after he snorts something and starts streaming. Especially if she's been previously "pump-and-dumped" while they were both drunk.

This sounds like a streaming clout-chaser upset that a streaming stunt didn't get her the clout she wanted. She doesn't allege she was drunk or incapacitated during the injection, just injured. Clavicular should catch a criminal charge for doing medical procedures but she was clearly going along to get more followers.

If he actually defamed her and got her sponsorship cancelled, that's a strong claim. But I don't see any version of tortious interference or defamation in there. The counts themselves are kind of weak:

  1. Battery - probably the strongest claim
  2. IIED - what she's claimed here doesn't meet the bar. IIED is notoriously hard to claim and prove properly.
  3. Fraud - maybe workable, but what she's claiming is she wasn't fully informed of every detail. It's not like he promised one procedure and performed a different one.
  4. Unauthorized use of likeness - has she notified him and demanded the stream be taken down? If not, then presuming she consented to be on stream in the first place--like she admits in the Complaint--then this seems really weak.
This sounds like she's throwing everything at the wall and hoping it looks bad enough to force a settlement. At least half of those counts will have a hard time surviving an initial motion to dismiss. Parts of the Complaint may be struck since it's not relevant: the background of them having sex, and the sponsorship part, aren't directly relevant to any Claim she made.

The reaction of normal people should be "you're both terrible people" and telling them both to grow up. Instead we have lawyers getting rich until he throws a few thousand dollars at her.

Do we need a thread debating whether a 16-17 year old girl being retarded with an 18-19 year old guy named Clavicular should get any sympathy/has any truth to it?
I think we have enough tardcages for genderspergs already, the sexual warriors simply don't have a place here, they might not like it but the legal matter isn't one of whatever or not the Dumb Bitch Whore ™️ had it coming or not, but rather, whether clav is culpable in this civil lawsuit about... hurt feelings mostly.
The "without a license" shit is a bit more serious sounding, but I have a feeling it probably won't go anywhere since it's the exact sort of thing you can just throw money at to make go away. Sexual misconduct is >implied, but the charge here is of just of being a scumbag more or less, which is more than fair.
Even a 16 year old should know better
This is the same cohort who see nothing wrong with drinking vodka through their eyeballs, they don't know shit and legal guardianship ought to be more enforced, the real crime is that these idiots were let out of the house in the first place.

Yes, but that level of restricted agency should also stop a 16 yr old from trying to become an influencer in the first place, or from "becoming the female face of looksmaxxing", or from doing certain things to "help her online presence". Also from wandering the streets of Miami at night and going home with creepy guys, twice.

If she's too stupid to know better about all these things (she is), then she's too stupid to get contracts and sponsorships (she would loudly disagree). That's more than me being cranky, part of being a minor is that they can't legally enter contracts, have their own financial accounts, or make large capital purchases like cars.

She doesn't get to do all of the above when it benefits her, and cry about exploitation once it stops benefitting her.

The people of interest are kind of interesting. First are her and Clav, obviously. There's also:
  • Ioritz Eguileor, one of Clav's friends, Mendoza alleges he was there for the stream
  • Clav's mom
  • Clav's grandma
  • Charlie Scholer, one of Clav's business partners, the injection took place at his house
  • Demir Basceri aka Cookie King. Mendoza alleges that he was snorting coke with Clav
  • A few random women, probably some of the people Clav paid to come on stream to make it seem like he got pussy
  • Anthony Fujiwara, and/or representatives of a clipping company ran by him
