Tom is the sort of degenerate retard who these sharks would ordinarily like, i.e. he would rent until he ran out of money then they kick him out and replace him with someone less child molester-y. The problem is he's also so filthy and his hygiene so revolting he would leave a stench in everything. They'd have to do a full cleaning and that's not even counting the exterminator for the rats, roaches, bed bugs and other vermin his lifestyle attracts.

Although the houses in the area are really nice so there is 0 shot that a dog fucking child molester will ever get close enough so bad luck. But just a quick google search and you figure out why nothing pops up for houses for sale where this Craigslist ad says it is

This would be far from the first time farmers tried to save a cow from an unfortunate fate.

But like I said when WogglebugLoveProductions was in the process of getting scammed, it's pointless to tell cows that they're mistaken because an almost universal feature of such individuals is that to them money is less valuable than servicing their ego. They're parasites who aren't afraid of being broke; however they are very much afraid of confronting the reasons why they're broke.
