Phil would probably call the chess pieces things like "horsey guy" and "rock dude" and "big/little crown" and try to play the game like checkers.

Nah, Phil would just call chess "white supremacist" and (if he knew anything about its history, which he doesn't) "classist" as well. Remember, if something won't help Phil get asspats from other tards with daddy issues, it's stupid and oppressive. Then he'd get some completely imbecilic tattoo of a unrecognizeably deformed chess piece being smashed by a road sign or a fist or a bicycle or something.

Even though, ironically, the queen is arguably the most powerful piece in the entire game.

Eh, Phil probably wouldn't play chess because the pawns look a bit phallic (some even more so depending on the style of the set) and their tiny size would remind him of his own tiny (departed) penis, which would trigger him severely because Phil is horribly terrified of male genitalia. Then he would flip over the table in a childish tard tantrum and bounce and squeak until the other person took him to Jack In the Box or Taco Bell to shut him up.

The state does deem "certain aspects" of Antifa legal, like their First Amendment right to PEACEFULLY assemble and protest. Sucker punching people, throwing bottles at them, ganging up on individuals wearing MAGA hats to tie them to chairs and torture them for hours, blocking roads, rioting, and looting businesses is NOT peaceful assembly and protest. Therefore, much of what Antifa does is illegal. If you have to violently force your political views down people's throats and use intimidation and abuse to force people to conform to those views, then your views are WRONG and you're nothing but a cheap thug wannabe terrorist.
And then there's Phil who is too chicken-shit to even stand on the fringes of a protest and chuck bottles at people.

They are Rioters at best and Insurrectionists as worst, the problem is post 1945 apart from a very few instances antifa has never fought fascists, and even then it was a fair fight. If you look at the original anti Fascists in the 20's an 03's those guys where legitimately fighting fascists and would look at the current lot and tell them to fuck off and give them a well deserved arse kicking.
The problem is Anti-Fa to survive and get support had to cosy up to people who they where not so hot on but supported them in the early days (and there is a lot of nuance and body count to that, particularly in spain). And sadly that's lead to an association with certain political groups thats now cemented and a lot of them looking back if given todays knowledge would have noped out of, such as Socialists, Communists, etc that even in their own lifetimes lead to problems for them. Most of them just really hated the idea of racisim in any way shape or form and a number of them just wanted to be part of a great adventure (seriously) who missed WW1.
Back in the day particularly in the Spanish Civil war, apart from a few more rouge elements they used to try and preserve private property unless it was a atchuall battle where needs must sadly, so stuff like Shps getting smashed in and looting etc wasnt really a thing it happened but where more oddities than anything else, now compare that to todays lot.. drastically differnt picture.
Put it this way, if Bike lock proff was in the old anti-fa he wouldn't have been hidden he would have been disciplined and publicly for what he did as that wasn't what most of them where about, in Riots or small disorders they where welcoming of people willing to talk unless they where in uniform or actors of the state, and even then they had limits if they where trying to talk smashing a rando with a lot of iron would have likely got you shot. Fuck there is one account I have read where a British Vol took some bread from a small famr house (Fincia?) who had to not just give it back but also work for the family for a week, give them some money but also didn't get any bread ration and took a kicking for it and he got off lightly because he didn't realise the family where not involved and thought the bread was Government issued Soliders rations.

My apologies. I was thinking of the time that mentally handicapped guy was kidnapped and tortured because he was white and "must have voted for Trump". I was tired when I wrote that post. I think it was late-2016 or early-2017 when it happened.
